The bathroom has a lot of space and the beds are really comfy. It is near the metro station, so it doesn't take a long walk to there. From there you can go really quick to the centre(Rossio).
They charged me 12 more than it was the first reservation, that's not a big deal but I wanted an explanation which I didn't get. But like I said, that's a small fee, so that doesn't make our stay less enjoyable.

Small bedroom with only body towels in the bathroom. Not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

Great instructions and communication, our hosts provide a stay that was just what we needed. Our room was efficient and intuitive, with everything we needed. Plenty to do/eat/see in short walking distance; a wonderful way to experience Lisbon.

The location
The worst hotel for us. Its not recommended for kids and old occupants due to their safety. My 7yrs old son fell twice on the stairs . The receptionist is sooo rude! Theres a flood on our bathroom . We dont like the smell. for 3 days we stay there, no one will go to our room to clean in it and change the bedsheets. For 3 days the elevator is not working . Worst as in!!!!

Very dirty. The bathroom was full of black mold. Broken Airconditioner. Broken bed!
Complained about the Airconditioner 5 times and the only thing we were offered was a very loud fan. The only time they are responsive is when they ask you about the payment and the check out time. STAY AWAY from this NIGHTMARE!
