Location and general areas very nice
Superior Room was very scruffy, paint peeling, cracks in the wall, dark and dated not good value compared to other rooms seen on website.

Beautiful small hotel in a perfect location in the flat part of the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they were knowledgeable about the city. Although the standard rooms were a little on the smaller side they were very comfortable and we were delighted to be upgraded as we were celebrating my husbands significant birthday. The hotel is surrounded by streets and alleys with many bars and restaurants
Very little. The breakfast room was small and although we booked a time to attend each day we were waiting up to 20 minutes for a table to be available

Excellent staff, facilities nicely decorated and very clean. The location was close to the metro and train, and we could walk to many attractions. Lots of choices for good food nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing and service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
We had booked a double room and it was tiny. Only about 30 cm between the end of the bed and the wall, you had to turn sideways to get to the other side of the bed and move the chair in front of the door to open the wardrobe. The drapes were only semi-sheer, which did not give much privacy. Luckily, there was no activity at the rooftop bar that was located just outside our window.

Room, location, cleanliness, facilities.
Would have preferred hotel communicating with me to pre-arrange taxi from cruise port to hotel. Taxi driver we took at port made a round town drive to triple cost.

Pleasant
Location was amazing in the heart of the historical city. Plenty of lovely places to eat nearby. Great value for money.
Rooms were very small. Our bathroom was like a closet with a sliding door very close to the bed. Rooms very dated. Carpet was worn and no where to store stuff. However the pluses outweighed the minuses.
