All were great. Amazing breakfast and staff were friendly, helpful and professional
Because the room faced the front of the hotel, the constant noise from the theater next door was annoying. It did stop at about 10 or 11 pm so did not keep us awake at all. I would recommend that guests request a room that did not face the front of the hotel.

We stayed at this property twice, and would happily stay again! The location is amazing - but that being said, the rooms at the front of the hotel overlook a very rambunctious street, and a theater company next door that plays a loud reel from their show on a loop, on a giant LED screen, from around 9am til 10pm. It’s kind of crazy, Times Square vibes. Somehow we didn’t mind and enjoyed the energy, but next time I stay, I’m requesting a room at the back lol. Five stars to the staff, who were attentive and lovely, and even held a room for me when it looked like my flight back home might not happen due to a snowstorm. I already miss Lisbon, and would happily stay at Hotel Florescente again.
The noise out front, specifically on a Saturday night, is pretty extreme! Investing in sound proof glass doors at the front balcony rooms would probably be a very expensive but welcome feature for guests!

Breakfast was amazing and offered a lot of choices. Hotel is at a great location for seeing sights in Lisbon and beyond. Hotel staff were helpful and kind. Great choice for a three star hotel, its super nice.

Good location, excellent service and good breakfast.
Hotel Sign is not clear for people unfamiliar with the location. We walked straight past and spend a lot of time looking for the hotel.
As far as I can tell there is no sign with hotel name only initials on the door or on canopy. In poor weather not easy to spot the location.

The room(207) was very spacious and looked out the back of the building so it was very quiet. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The location was excellent for walking down to the water or going to the train station. The staff was very helpful in explaining places to see and how to get to them.
The only slight inconvenience was that during the week a taxi could not drive to the front of the hotel because it was on a pedestrian street. We had to walk, perhaps 100 m to get to the hotel, which was no problem as long as it wasn’t raining.

The location which was within walking distance to attractions & the comfort of the room. The variety of items on the breakfast buffet was plentiful & the staff (either at reception or in the breakfast room} were very friendly & attentive.
Nothing, we enjoyed our experience and would stay here again!

We arrived extremely early (9 hrs before check-in time) but the staff is great and they eventually managed to let us check in a couple of hours early which was a life saver. The room was larger, nicer, better appointed, cleaner and more comfortable than we expected from the price or the online info. Meanwhile we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and went sightseeing.
I can't think of anything to criticize or even anything that could have been better. The included breakfast was wonderful, the location could not be better... it's close to transport of every kind, near theatres, sightseeing spots, the staff is gracious, accommodating and well informed. The room was utterly silent, and very cozy. This is not a luxury hotel, but it's great for an average traveler, attractive, stylish, clean, comfortable. There was nothing (other than the weather unfortunately) to complain about. And they even provided an umbrella for the abundant raining.

The hotel was in a fabulous spot in the middle of everything. It was very clean with very comfortable rooms. I also liked the restaurant included with the hotel . There were just little things I thought the hotel should’ve had. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, you needed to have coin euros to get anything out of the vending machine. But overall, I would stay there again.

Good central location; friendly, helpful staff; good value breakfast.
Our room on the first floor did not have what I think would be basic amenities like slippers, complementary bottled water. The bathroom also lacked places to place clothes on temporarily while taking a shower.
