Staff was very helpful, free shuttle to airport is great! Rooms were nice but a little dated.

The Pickup at Airport was great - the driver was great and he looked after our luggage - the same when departing - he was excellent - nice to get free water in our room - the bed was comfortable and the room size was surprisingly large when these days the new hotels have tiny little rooms that can be crowded and noisy - our room was quiet at night but boy, the cleaning staff in the hallways sure let you know they are out there , very noisy - The Bar facility was great - good food and drinks, reasonable pricing and very friendly staff -
Its a nice older hotel but could use a little upgrading, very good location for the airport though - I booked with Booking.com and you may like to look into this and your arrangement with them - **MY EMAIL WAS HACKED AND IN 2 DAYS I RECEIVED ALMOST 10,000 EMAILS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH CUSTOMERS INFORMATION TRYING TO BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM USING MY EMAIL !!! I had to spend 3 days with my service provider at home to get that stopped and blocked and cleared off of their home system as well as all my 4 devices ... VERY VERY BAD !!! And I know for a fact the hackers got my email from this booking as the tech data shows it ... Please look into that - its very serious and I have cancelled my account and will never use that again !!

I loved everything! The hotel is wonderful, the room is huge, and it has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I truly felt at home during my time there. I was on a EuroTrip, and without a doubt, this was the best hotel I stayed at among all the ones I chose.

We had to make a last minute booking as the original booking was cancelled 48 hours before arrival, due to “over booking”. Radison was much cheaper and we were put in a suite at no extra cost. We had to leave early, and as breakfast was included in the price, they gave us take away bags when we left.
Nothing negative to comment, other than location. Although close to the airport, removed from the favourite areas such as Alfama, Baixa (Rossio and Restaudadores). Easily reachable by Metro, so not a big issue.

The location and the airport shuttle were good for us to get to the airport. There is a small amount of free parking in front.
The finishes in the corridors are quite dated and a bit dingy. The breakfast is an overpriced buffet when all I wanted was a coffee and a croissant.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Room service was convenient when I didn't feel like going out. The staff were professional and helpful. I thought the breakfast buffet was very good with a large variety of choices.
One of the lamps didn't work and the placement of electrical outlets wasn't the most convenient. Only one side of the bed had one available.

Old place that doesn’t suit the brand Radisson. They had an issue with the water (completely brown) and I had to move to another hotel. Staff was amazing dealing with the situation and finding me a solution. My problem now is with booking.com. This is my second problem with booking.com and it’s definitely not safe to deal with this app anymore.

Exceptional
We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, a very pleasant surprise and experience. Ate dinner and breakfast here, both excellent. Great shuttle service to airport.
There was nothing not to like. We have stayed here before and will again if we are visiting Lisbon.
