Radisson Blu Lisbon is a 4-star hotel, conveniently located less than 1.2 mi from Portela International Airport. Airport transport was beneficial. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

Disappointing
Close to the airport and front desk was friendly.
The hotel is outdated. Shower sprayed water outside the tub. Tissues were napkins. Sheets were hard and pillows uncomfortable. Not enough plugs. Rooms were noisy. Only 1 elevator seemed to be working. Not many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel
I felt cheated. I reserved 2 rooms for 4 adults and found out that my actual reservation was for one person in a room so I had to add 44 euros for each room. This happened 3 more times in our visit to Portugal. I will no longer use Booking.com for hotel reservations.

Great service & attention by the hotel staff. They were really kind and efficient. The bed was really comfortable, and the hotel's location is walking distance from Campo Grande's station.

Short distance to the airport, breakfast was good ant the staff was very friendly
The hotel is located near to José Alvalade Stadium, which is Sporting home stadium. Please be aware that the traffic will be very heavy when Sporting is playing their homegames.

The breakfast was amazing and the location is close to the airport. We stayed in the first floor and noticed some peeling wall paper in the hallways but otherwise our room was clean and spacious.

Free ride to airport at 6aM bus was full. With such a big hotel they provide one bus per hour, are you kidding me. Also it’s 10 min away from airport, so room charge plus uber charge is equal to a hotel next airport Melia.
