Pleasant
Local short taxi drive from the International Airport, which was a fixed rate. Staff were friendly, and I was offered a late check out 4pm. for no extra cost.
The evening I arrived by taxi, there were several young men standing around outside. There was also movement outside my room, on the 11th floor, until just after midnight, which made me uncomfortable. I decided to use the hotels last shuttle at 11:30 am the next day (the driver was so friendly & courteous). but I'd rather stay 9 hours at the airport instead of at the hotel...

I need an invoice and when I checked in they said , my request is already in there system and I need to collect during my check out. However, during check out , they said no information is there which surprise me. The room key only work first time then again I need to go to them it fix this I called them multiple times from the room they never pick up when I said them I called you they did not bother finally, there are some drink and snack in the freeze no information is provided whether this is complimentary or I need to buy them Quite frustrating service with Radisson name

Very close to the airport. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good. The family room was a great option for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Regular and free shuttle to and from the airport that runs during regular hours.
I felt a bit pressured by the taxi driver lingering in the lobby in the early morning to ride with him to the airport even after I had told him I had booked an uber.

Mostly location. You can get straight on the road to the airport which is close and there’s a convenient gas station two minutes with a direct on-off ramp to fill up your hire car, and then return it at the airport. The room was also nice.
The underground hotel carpark is the worst I’ve ever seen. I had to do 3 or 4 point turns to get around corners in a small SUV. It’s also dark and has a nasty feel. Bad signage and not clear which door is for the elevators. The lobby and hotel generally didn’t have a welcoming energy or feeling. But for one night before returning your hire car to the airport and flying home it was doable.

The location is very good - close to the airport band metro station to get to the city centre. Nice friendly staff, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Good variety of foods for breakfast (not only sweets, but vegetables, eggs, fruits, cheeses etc. )
Everything was clean, but hotel itself is a little "tired"- some damaged wallpaper in the lift lobby, old sofas etc. I didn't make our stay less comfortable though. Overall it was a good experience.
