Radisson Blu Lisbon is a 4-star hotel, conveniently located less than 1.2 mi from Portela International Airport. Wonderful
Amazing massive bedroom on the 10th floor. We were on a 15hr layover and the location of the hotel was perfect. I had low expectations of this hotel as there were a lot of negative reviews. I thought it was great for our needs. Campo Grande metro station is 5 minutes walk and takes you straight to Rossio in 15 minutes. Good value Ubers to and from airport. Shuttle bus didn't start until 6.30 am, too late for us.

The hotel is a little run down. Room was cold. You could hear your neighbors in the next room. Shower was either really cold or hot and water pressure was horrible.

Conveniently located close to the airport and also from the city center. Staff was nice upon check-in on accommodating our needs for a 1 hour late check-out for one of our rooms.
Mattress was in bad shape, seems to be used a lot, was not flat, the edges were higher than the middle, really uncomfortable. Air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, maintenance was called twice to get it fixed. The staff on duty at 5:25 am at the front desk when we left was really unfriendly, seemed to be very unhappy working.

Conveniently located, short drive from the airport, not far from the main attractions in the city. Breakfast is enough, not exceptional, and at fair rates. Special thanks to Beatriz, from the reception, very friendly and professional.
Works in progress in the hotel, very noise. As we arrived early morning after a long night flight, our plan was to rest and sleep, which was impossible. No information given about it prior to our arrival.

The bed was comfortable
Obviously hotel was very busy but felt we were out on a disused floor with wall paper peeing off, we were 3 people staying in a room. Not enough pillows, one rib between 3 of us, moldy apples as an offering, no hairdryer, tried to phone reception but the phone didn’t work. Brown water. Very disappointed as I’ve stayed at times over the years and for the price I paid , it was appalling. The hotel is so dated and old that I am surprised it still holds its star rating. Needs a total re vamp,

My sons birthday was the day we arrived. They said they would put something in the room. Never received anything and when we checked in the room was so gross. The bed was falling apart and the lock in the room didn't work and the heat didn't work either. They moved us to a different room which was better but the hotel was outdated and the bathroom had mold in it

The location, near the airport. Clean.
TERIBLE COLD-10 days and nights in cold room.We used the blanket as a tent to keep our faces warm. We couldn't stay in the room during the day because of this heater problem. We changed the room after a day, but it was a general problem and we endured low temperature. The furniture is old and the windows and doors are without insulation.
