Good location, near the airport and not too far from main attractions
We stayed at this Radisson in July during a very hot week in Lisbon, and unfortunately our experience did not meet our expectations for a four-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff did not feel particularly warm or welcoming. The receptionist came across as very robotic, and we never really felt genuinely welcomed during our stay. Our room was on the first floor. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning. Even at its coldest setting, the room still felt around 21°C, which made it quite uncomfortable given the summer heat in Lisbon. The room also felt dark and humid. Although there was a window, it almost felt like we were staying underground because there was very little natural light and the humidity made the room feel stuffy. One day, we returned to find water leaking from the ceiling, which had soaked some of our clothes. We reported it to reception, and while maintenance arrived and fixed the issue within about an hour, it was still disappointing to have this happen in the first place. It appeared that the leak was coming from the air conditioning system. The room itself also showed noticeable signs of wear. Several of the drawers looked heavily damaged, as though they had been beaten up, and it seemed no effort had been made to repair or replace them. Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was quite limited, and the coffee was definitely not among the better hotel coffees we’ve had. Overall, this hotel did not feel or look like a four-star property. While the maintenance team responded reasonably quickly to the leak, the combination of the unwelcoming service, ineffective air conditioning, worn room condition, and disappointing breakfast made for an underwhelming stay.

Very conveniently located near the airport with free shuttle service provided.
Parking is paid and they brought use items we did not order for room services and then took them back which resulted in us waiting another hour for the proper food to be delivered to our room.

Unfortunately, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Lisbon did not meet our expectations. The property looked quite different from the photos shown online, and the overall condition and experience were disappointing.

Proximity to the airport Family rooms even thought they knew there was 5 of us we still had to make the sofa bed ourselves late at night
There’s nowhere on booking telling us we have to book the airport shuttle towards the airport in advance. The shuttle we needed at 6.30am (first one) was already fully booked because we arrived late. So do contact them in advance!!
