The location was what we needed and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
It needs updating. The water pressure was too low to fill the tub and the shower head was inadequate. The soap and lotion dispensers had not been filled. There was a cost sheet for the mini bar, but no mini bar. Maybe we got stuck in the “booking dot com” room; hopefully those paying full price have a better experience.

Spacious room and comfortable beds.
It used to be a 4-star hotel, but it needs renovation, especially the reception area and staff, who were unfriendly. I didn't feel the friendly welcome worthy of a 4-star hotel; I would even say the receptionist, who seemed quite old, was unfriendly. The room is comfortable, but the shower doesn't work properly.

Great location and transfer for the airport. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff who helped with luggage, transfers and breakfast were fantastic.
The towels in our room looked already used. The sofa bed wasn’t set up even though we had booked for adults enough to use it.
