Location and the facilities are good.
Interaction with the landlord. The taxi dropped us few streets away because the street name was similar. It took us 2.30 hours to get hold of the landlord who wasn't responding messages and picking up the phone. Other than that it was fair.

The bedrooms are nice and comfortable. kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom however needs some updating as it is really old. Lication is great! All in all good spot.

Access to bathrooms was incredible. The property location was also great. We did not make use of many of the kitchen facilities but there was plenty of space in the fridge
The sofa bed is not amazing - it was quite uncomfortable. All the other beds were great.

Fair quality for the price we paid. The views from the balcony were nice as the flat is on top of a hill. Beds were comfortable.
Not very clean overall. There was a strong smell coming from the sink of the bathroom inside the bedroom and water was coming up from under the tiles in the bathroom.

Run down, shabby, dirty and humid. Rooms have no windows, so they are humid and smelly. Shower is half broken, electric cables just hang off the wall, most light bulbs are burnt out.

Wonderful
Great location in Lisboa. Free parking in underground garage with elevator. Jazz club close by. Lovely stroll to main avenida with shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable.
Slight bit of construction elsewhere in building but no fault of the owner of apartment. Possibly a new toilet seat?

Having a baby nest and feeding chair was great for us as we have a year old kid.The kitchenware was enough for you to cook .Having oil ,salt and some spices were good.It was in a very central and could be more useful if you visit here with more friends and family because each room has its own shower and WC.
As there are showers in each bedroom,there was huge humidity causing even clean clothes and bed sheets to smeel bad.Especially in the rooms which do not have any window.Home is spacious but could have been renovated or can be designed to be used more effectively.The house is at the top of a hill almost and we have to climb .It is very hard expecially if you need to push a baby trolley while climbing.The nearest market is 500 meters near Rossio and still need to go down the hill and climb it back to home.

Pleasant
The nice owner deliverd our luggage at the apartment. The location is verry good . IT is quiet.
The bedrooms have no window so there is no fresh air. It is very stuffy in there.
