Excellent room - modern amenities. Comfortable bed. Larking distance from all neighborhoods. Did not have breakfast - but enjoyed the bar. Also had a great time in the pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the generous welcoming gifts the first day of my stay, and then the souvenir tile on my last day. Breakfasts were great, as was afternoon tea. Room service was prompt, friendly, and delicious. Enjoyed the pool. Staff were always going out of their way to make things nice. I would definitely return.

Pousada de Lisboa, the small luxury hotel of the world, is an example of one of the worlds elite and in the perfect lcation next to one of the great plazas in Lisbon and near the water. A beautiful spot to be located. A perfect breakfast is included with the meal and the wonderful staff of this luxury hotel are available to meet your every request

The luxury hotel lives up to its name as it was a beautiful hotel in a perfect spot next to a beautiful plaza on the water with very nice restaurants all around. The staff were wonderful and catered to all needs. This hotel sits on the boundaries of the old town borders and one wants for nothing. I misplaced my backpack and the ladies of the front desk tracked it down and it was returned prior to leaving before returning to our home. We thank everyone here for helping my wife and I enjoy Lisbon to its fullest.
I can only hope to have staff and facility praised enough to see the joy of staying here.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect! It's right in front of the Praça do Comércio and Arco da Rua Augusta so and close to the water and Alfama area. Everything is walkable and tons of options of food and shopping.
The hotel itself is beautiful. You can tell it's an older building but the interiors are classy and luxurious. It's also very clean and quiet. I stayed in the loft like room and it was very spacious for one person. The bed was one of THE MOST comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in and it was so hard to get up in the morning. The bathroom was big and very clean. Shower pressure was great. Will definitely be suggesting this to friends who visit Lisboa.
I stayed in the loft room with the stairs going up to the bedroom so it's my fault for choosing it but it was hard to get my suitcase up there. Also, the mini fridge could have been a bit bigger. Could not fit the bottle of wine I got for my last night. Also, when using the iron, it left some kind of sticky stain on one of my shirts that I am having a hard time removing. Please considering checking the bottom of the irons before lending them to guests. Aside from these two things, the stay was great.
