This boutique hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown Lisbon, making it easy to walk to most major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable.
From the moment we arrived, the hospitality stood out. The hotel manager welcomed us with a thoughtful gift, which was such a lovely touch. To our surprise, they sent another gift on our last day — a gesture that truly reflects their attention to detail and care for guests.
Breakfast is included and offers a great start to the day. They happily prepare eggs just the way you like them upon request, and everything was fresh and delicious.
Most of all, the staff made the experience special. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to meet our needs.
I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, personalized experience in a fantastic location.

We had an amazing seven night stay. The location is perfect, very close to everything. The room was clean with daily room service. We received lots of treats from the staff. For example birthday cake, champagne and chocolate. The bathroom and pillows were comfortable. The shower is huge and comfortable as well. Breakfast not very varied but fresh and tasty. Many thanks.

We stayed at Hotel Portugal – Portugal Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in January as a family with our 11-year-old daughter and truly loved our stay. The room size was very good and comfortable, beautifully designed, with excellent beds, a separate bathtub and shower, a powerful hairdryer, and a coffee machine.
All staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the welcome drink and especially the lovely Portuguese pastry and wine surprise delivered to our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel very special. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the metro.
Honest feedback:
– The slippers were not disposable, which felt a bit uncomfortable.
– Breakfast variety was very limited, especially the hot options.
Despite these points, the overall experience was so positive that we happily give 10/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was modern and comfortable. Get bathtub. Good makeup mirror and bathroom lighting. Staff was exceptionally responsive. I went to breakfast area for coffee before breakfast scheduled hours. Staff was happy to pour early. On 2nd day, he remembered my milk preference. Example of exceptional service. Ordered transport. On time and friendly.
Room service was behind on cleaning. However, it was Sunday and a busy day.

A very beautiful, bountiful breakfast buffet. One suggestion would be to offer some fresh fruit…melon, berries
Also, possibly some oatmeal or hot cereal

Room was extremely comfortable, staff made us feel so welcome and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some local delicacies and were easily able to provide us recommendations for restaurants and other things to check out nearby.
Especially loved how roomy the bathroom was, huge tub, double sinks for getting ready in the morning and the television was piped in by overhead speakers so could listen to music while in the bath and shower.
Would happily stay again.
Nothing of note. Air conditioning is disabled during the winter so the rooms can get a little warm but can just open the windows and let in the cool air.
