Exceptionally good hotel. Cleanest bathroom I’ve ever used in a hotel room! We felt like we were in 5* The staff were very polite and helpful. They had been trained very well. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was very central and we could easily walk to all the main sites in Lisbon. Had a boutique feel but you could use the sister hotel with a rooftop bar and restaurant.
The hotel was in a side street that would benefit from some renovation (but it meant it was very quiet and being in the central location outweighed this)

The staff was extremely helpful with providing directions and assisting with Bolt transportation. We liked the nightly treats. The location was perfect for catching tours and walking about. The property was very quiet and we felt very safe.
Robes and slippers could have been a bigger size.

A very beautiful, bountiful breakfast buffet. One suggestion would be to offer some fresh fruit…melon, berries
Also, possibly some oatmeal or hot cereal
Difficulty determining which paddles to use for lighting. Should have been explained by the Porter who took us to our room.

Not much. I booked a room with a living room and that was fine. The hotel lobby is worn looking and a little dirty. Not as polished as the photo looks. it feels old. Housekeeping was very mediocre. They do not give you fresh glassware, they must hand wash and i don't know if they use soap because it had the same marks around the lip area. Gross. They never provided the same amount of towel. Very disappointing property. Breakfast was okay. My omelet in the kitchen was very good..
View and housekeeping. Room felt old. The back where we went to have a drinlk smelled and was not very pretty or cozy.

The location was fabulous, we could walk everywhere! The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and keen to help.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room to make tea (although the staff did bring up a flask of hot water)

The staff is great, the employees are friendly, the reception is very cooperative, and the breakfast staff, especially the Brazilian woman, Umm Nazar, who met our needs and was kind. The location is very wonderful. Honestly, the hotel is the most successful travel project.
Frankly, there is nothing to mention about this.

The hotel Is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. In addition the he staff was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed the little treats left in our room each night.

Loved this place, it was beautiful and right in the center of town. You can walk anywhere and all the best streets right in front. The room was beautiful and we had a nice terrace. Bathroom was great too. Staff was great. Overall a lovely place to stay

The property is located in an excellent location. It is SO much more beautiful than the photos. I also liked that you were given discount coupons for their neighboring property Hotel Mondial, which has a beautiful rooftop bar. Each night the staff put lovely treats in my room that were showcasing local items. It was excellent.
