Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Wonderful staff, especially the young chaps in reception. Generous with little freebies. Good location, central and close to lots of useful places. Definitely recommend.

Room was lovely and exactly as described. Also, a lovely welcome and leaving gift was a surprise. We asked for a kettle for the room and this was provided very quickly.
Breakfast was ok but could have offered more choice.

Excellent place to stay, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and even had mimosas. One night for turn down service, they gave us a bottle of ginjinha cherry cordial and chocolate shavings. And on our last night they gave us pastel de natas and a small bottle of port wine.

The location was great, the staff very friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were as spacious and cleaned every day. We received champagne and sweet goodies in the room which made us feel very special and welcomed!

My husband and I recently had a 4 night stay and it was lovely. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was great. Just a few minutes walk to Rossio Square where most of our tours left from. Tram 28 and 15E both stopped around the corner. The room was spacious and the bathroom was too. There is a supermarket close by. We received several little treats on our stay each day which was a lovely touch. We were made to feel very special.
Not the hotel’s fault but there seems to be a gang of men around the corner from the hotel who often yelled. It made me feel unsafe to walk past.
