We had an amazing seven night stay. The location is perfect, very close to everything. The room was clean with daily room service. We received lots of treats from the staff. For example birthday cake, champagne and chocolate. The bathroom and pillows were comfortable. The shower is huge and comfortable as well. Breakfast not very varied but fresh and tasty. Many thanks.

The team was very sensitive to any enquiry, adding water, coffee every day
The hotel is located next to padestrian street, so no car could come next to the hotel when it was raining or when had luggage. No view from the balcony. See the back of the hotel and the logistic area.

We stayed at Hotel Portugal – Portugal Boutique Hotel for 3 nights in January as a family with our 11-year-old daughter and truly loved our stay. The room size was very good and comfortable, beautifully designed, with excellent beds, a separate bathtub and shower, a powerful hairdryer, and a coffee machine. All staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We really appreciated the welcome drink and especially the lovely Portuguese pastry and wine surprise delivered to our room — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel very special. The location is perfect, very walkable and close to the metro. Honest feedback: – The slippers were not disposable, which felt a bit uncomfortable. – Breakfast variety was very limited, especially the hot options. Despite these points, the overall experience was so positive that we happily give 10/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel.
