The staff were very polite and efficient. It was a very clean hotel, centrally located and near many restaurants and shopping.
I wasn't aware that the subway passes under the hotel, so in some of the rooms, you can hear every time it passes. Also, the restaurant only serves snacks for lunch, so we needed to find a restaurant outside of the hotel to have a meal.

We arrived early having been on a cruise and our luggage was stored and a cup of tea/coffee offered whilst the luggage was being stored. The hotel contacted us early afternoon to say that the room was ready and the room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The hotel provided extras throughout our 3 night stay and the breakfast was good. Excellent location in the centre of the city but not noisy. Comfy big bed. We will return when back in the city.

Staff were very helpful, especially as we arrived by hire car with lots of luggage. There is no parking, so they took care of our luggage, and placed in our room, whilst we returned our hire car. Absolutely loved fried tofu at breakfast as a vegan!
Didn't like that someone came into our room and left some strange drink and sweets. Not ordered, and it was just wasted - but also why were they in our room, early evening? Someone also knocked on the door on our second evening to "open the bed" - what is that, and why? Felt like we were being checked up on. Very disappointed that the fried tofu was a one off - none on second day! Would like more fruit and non-dairy yogurts. Wasn't very impressed with the local streets - grubby and lots of dog waste left by horrible dog owners. Hotel was actually quite hard to find until right next to it. Would choose a different area next time.

The staff was amazing, super kind and friendly. They gave us a small bottle of wine with two pastries as goodbye present, which was greatly appreciated. The room was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was also worth it. Very recommended.
