From check- in to check-out everything went smoothly. Very nice to have welcome treats in the room and on last night before checkout. Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast excellent and location on small side street (no traffic allowed) and close to everything was prefect.

Staff were very welcoming throught and when we complained about the metro noise in our room they acted quickly to try and resolve (move us). Breakfast was excellent and the location very convenient for lots of visitor attractions.
Our room was negatively impacted by the metro line that runs underneath some of the rooms. It made sleeping very difficult during the hours the metro operates.

The staff were super nice and even offered us free breakfast due to some minor issues we had in the room. Overall we had a lovely stay! Nice touch to get daily sweets

Great location. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff a helpful, accommodating and friendly.
The breakfast options may have been a little limited, but they did have the most important breakfast items, and it was tasty.

The hotel is located right in the center of Lisbon, so the location is excellent. The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was also large. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. You have everything you might need for your stay, including a coffee machine in the room, welcome sweets, and even farewell sweets with a thank-you postcard on the last day. Every evening, they left chocolate candies on the bed.
The staff were incredibly friendly - they offered me a quiet room for my meeting, printed my documents, and were always helpful. During breakfast, someone presents the menu and helps you choose a table. There is champagne, a variety of hot and cold dishes, and of course many Portuguese sweets.
It was an amazing stay. Thank you very much! :)

Excellent hotel. Very beautiful. The room was spacious.
The staff were very friendly.
It was a pleasant surprise to receive gifts from the hotel.
Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, the selection of dishes at breakfast was not very large.
Everything was very tasty, but it would be nice to have a wider variety of options.

Fantastic location! The staff was so helpful and attentive! The maitre’d even remembered what coffee we wanted when we were seated for breakfast on day 2. Lovely outdoor courtyard. We received wine and chocolate on second night and a speciality drink on the first night!! Just lovely!

Great location, excellent service throughout our stay from door to desk to room to breakfast. Delicious breakfast!
Use of bathtub was impossible. Very slippery, no handrails, soap & shampoo too high on the wall to access. Husband had to help me out of the tub, and we're quite agile. The shower was complex, could not operate top shower head & spray nozzles. Had to use hand held waist high shower.
