The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. Well appointed. Breakfast was okay.
Expectations were high due to previous reviews. Mention was made regarding extras such as complimentary food/drink samples which were not evident during our stay. Our nespresso machine didn't work and the response via WhatsApp was slow.

The size of the hotel was perfect - boutique is where it is at! The right amount of personal attention and guest count. The location was also superb - Rossio is so central.
Not a slight by any means, but as it was not located on a thru street, we had to get our transports from the front of the Hotel Mundial (directly behind Portugal Boutique Hotel). Not a big deal, just learned that this was easiest as the stay went on.
