Hotel is fantastic, location excellent in walking distance of everything. Hotel spotlessly clean and room was really nice. Staff were superb, helping out with what to see and do. Breakfast buffet a nice start to the day. Overall a great hotel which I would recommend.
Slight grumble is the noise from the metro which if you are a light sleeper could wake you up early.

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, VERY COMFORTABLE, GREAT BATHROOM, LIGHTING AND OVERALL SPECIAL AMBIENCE. LOCATION FOR US WAS PERFECT AS WE COULD WALK EVERYWHERE WE WANTED OR CATCH AN UBER FOR FURTHER AWAY. BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS DELIGHTFUL.
ONE SMALL THING IS THAT THE WIFI DIDN’T ALWAYS CONNECT IN THE ROOM BUT WORKED WELL ONCE WE WENT DOWN TO THE LOBBY.

Clean spacious & comfortable room. The bathroom is fabulous. Lots of little extras in the room & complimentary drinks. Very quiet for sleeping Friendly, pleasant & helpful staff. Breakfast was good.
At night in the hotel vicinity you need to be aware of & careful of some of the people on the streets.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices for all travelers. A metro station is close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Small restaurant, had to wait for breakfast as there were 4 of us to be seated. Not enough tables and very cramped. Could easily fit another luggage rack in rooms for 2 guests, only 1 supplied?

Location was excellent. Better than we anticipated. Excellent breakfast every morning. Lastly all the staff were great. Very attentive and helpful especially Leo who took good care of us especially with Resteraunt reservations.

Friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful afternoon treats and great location.
Only issue for some is that a subway runs underneath the hotel so can be a bit noisy when trains pass through. Seemed to stop overnight but restarted around 6:30 am (I think). Didn’t really bother us.

We stayed two nights. Exceptional hotel. Great location with walking distance to central Lisbon. Room spacious, clean and comfortable.. Clear that cleanliness was a priority throughout the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold items - all delicious. Welcome drink was a nice touch. And daily treats that were delivered to our room. Great experience!.
I can usually think of something but in the case of this hotel - nothing!
