Marvelous experience. Everything was great. Room is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
You can't reach the hotel by car. You need to walk, less than 1 minute, but the hotel is not in clear sight so arriving the first time is confusing. After you know how to get there, everything is perfect.

You could not get a better location - very central and only 200 metres from the Rossio underground. Ideal for old town and central Lisbon. Loads of eating places close by... on which the hotel staff can recommend - and were great choices we found. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, rooms were beautiful and to a very high standard of cleanliness etc. The view from the room was not good, but that is not what this hotel is all about. I would highly recommend.
There could have been a wider selection of fresh fruits at breakfast. But breakfast overall was very good.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They also brought welcome treats to our room both evenings that we were there. That was an unexpected surprise and very much appreciated!
It is on a side street, so our Uber driver had trouble finding it. It would be helpful to let people know that it is a pedestrian street to help alleviate this issue.

The location of our room 308 was noisy. If we wanted to window open the noise below was bothersome and in addition the subway was too. A room on the other side of the building would have been more enjoyable.

From check- in to check-out everything went smoothly. Very nice to have welcome treats in the room and on last night before checkout. Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast excellent and location on small side street (no traffic allowed) and close to everything was prefect.
