Great location. The bedroom and bathroom were really spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The bar area was pleasant. The breakfast had a great choice with lovely service. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar in Hotel Mondial next door.

A first class hotel, beautifully presented. All the staff were excellent, both the front desk and the cleaning staff being very attentive. The room was comfortable and very clean and the location is perfect for exploring Lisbon.
My only reservation about fully recommending the hotel to someone else is that there is a persistent low frequency reverberating noise through the room that I think comes from either the Metro or nearby trams. Either way, I’d only hesitate to fully recommend the hotel because of this. I would, however, definitely return again.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The bar and restaurant were a lovely place to spend time too. It’s in a fantastic location too, close to lots of bars, cafes and restaurants.
Personal preference but I prefer a softer mattress and the room got increasingly warmer overnight even though we turned down the air conditioning.

From check in to check out everything was faultless. The reception staff were very welcoming and gave us a city map explaining where certain places were. They also gave us recommendations for a couple of excellent restaurants. The bathroom had a very big bath and a lovely sized walk in shower. The toiletries were a very good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we were not bothered by any noise from the metro. Every day we returned from our sightseeing there were some lovely local treats waiting for us in the room.
Breakfast had a variety of different fruits,several cheese selections. A decent choice of hot dishes and numerous cakes and pastries. The bar and breakfast staff were all very attentive.
Thank you very much for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city. We look forward to visiting you again.

Exceptional staff all around- front desk, bartender, breakfast staff with an added appreciation to the manager at breakfast.

The hotel is located right next to Rossio Square - both metro and bus stops. Tram nr 28 stop is around the corner. It is very convenient. All attractions are within walking distance.
Our room was comfortable and clean. Towels and dressing gows were very nice.
The breakfast is sufficient, everything was fresh and delicious.

Exceptional service and attention, including little evening gifts of treats. Breakfast staff remembered my coffee order each day. Staff was extraordinarily attentive. Towels, beds, linens all very nice. Location amazing.
