The Staff was excelent. Attention to detail was awesome. Their recomendations for dinner and a salon were perfect. The location was close to the heart of the comerce district as described to me. Everywhere we wanted to go all over the city was a 20 min walk. BTW breakfast was included.
There wasn't anything I did not like.

Location was good, room was large and it seemed pretty clean. Good working air con too.
The bathroom that had a window in the shower that faced the room with a blind that could only be accessed from the room side.

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the check-in process quick and seamless.
Our Premium Room was spacious, bright, and airy, with high ceilings that created an especially comfortable atmosphere. The welcome amenities provided in the room were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Thanks.

The breakfast was convenient by starting right there in the hotel and was your standard hotel breakfast with numerous options. It wasn’t amazing but it was a solid start.
Our room was on the 4th (top) floor and never really cooled down. We were there in early June but it was upper temps so really glad we weren’t there in July or August. There was also a noise that sounded like a plane was landing above us.

Great breakfast, staff is very nice. Beds are comfortable, and I got a complementry Ginja liquor in my room.
They have a great rooftop bar at the neighboring sister hotel, though the staff there were not great in terms of service.
Location is relatively centeral - can walk to most places.
There are a few drank homeless people in the street behind the hotel - might not be pleasent for a female walking alone at night.

THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, VERY COMFORTABLE, GREAT BATHROOM, LIGHTING AND OVERALL SPECIAL AMBIENCE. LOCATION FOR US WAS PERFECT AS WE COULD WALK EVERYWHERE WE WANTED OR CATCH AN UBER FOR FURTHER AWAY. BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WAS DELIGHTFUL.
ONE SMALL THING IS THAT THE WIFI DIDN’T ALWAYS CONNECT IN THE ROOM BUT WORKED WELL ONCE WE WENT DOWN TO THE LOBBY.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices for all travelers. A metro station is close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful afternoon treats and great location.
Only issue for some is that a subway runs underneath the hotel so can be a bit noisy when trains pass through. Seemed to stop overnight but restarted around 6:30 am (I think). Didn’t really bother us.

We stayed two nights. Exceptional hotel. Great location with walking distance to central Lisbon. Room spacious, clean and comfortable.. Clear that cleanliness was a priority throughout the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold items - all delicious. Welcome drink was a nice touch. And daily treats that were delivered to our room. Great experience!.
