The staff were very informative, helpful and welcoming from the first step into the hotel. They even informed us about every touristic attraction we could do with their locations on map. Location of the hotel is very good. Very close to recommended areas to see and also to public transport. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. They know how to put a smile on people’s faces. Small details like welcome treat and other daily little surprises made us feel good.
Rooms and breakfast area would be a little bigger but it wasn’t a big issue. We can understand that they have limited space :)

Room was extremely comfortable, staff made us feel so welcome and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some local delicacies and were easily able to provide us recommendations for restaurants and other things to check out nearby. Especially loved how roomy the bathroom was, huge tub, double sinks for getting ready in the morning and the television was piped in by overhead speakers so could listen to music while in the bath and shower. Would happily stay again.
Nothing of note. Air conditioning is disabled during the winter so the rooms can get a little warm but can just open the windows and let in the cool air.

Room was a great size and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had a rain shower as well as another shower/bath and a double sink. Welcome drink for the bar as well as gifts of port and pastries delivered to the room were lovely gestures. Location was amazing and the staff were all very friendly.
The only downside was the bar/restuarnt, it lacked a little atmosphere and didn't match the rest of the "cool" vibe of the hotel but we would go to the "sister" property next door which had a rooftop bar and fabulous view.

Marvelous experience. Everything was great. Room is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
You can't reach the hotel by car. You need to walk, less than 1 minute, but the hotel is not in clear sight so arriving the first time is confusing. After you know how to get there, everything is perfect.
