A great place to stay. Fantastic location, very attentive and friendly staff, and an all-round lovely experience. It was perfect for a mid-week break and we’d happily return.
Surprisingly, the rooms were very warm with no independent temperature control but it became a good excuse to open the windows and enjoy some fresh air and the sounds of the street for a bit of local atmosphere.

A beautiful hotel, cozy and luxurious at the same time. Customer service at the highest level. A thoughtful welcome and farewell gift reflecting the flavors and traditions of Portugal. We will definitely be coming back.

Pros: pleasant modern design, clean and well-maintained rooms, convenient location, and polite staff.
Cons: constant noise from ventilation systems of nearby cafés or shops outside the window, strong smells, and the inability to open the window due to the noise and odors.

Sound proofing (apart from clumping feet from the room above). Comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Poor storage space. Only 5 hangers in the wardrobe and nowhere to hang coats (especially when wet!) 2 hooks in the bathroom approx 6 feet high.

Great location in the historical center. Rooms nicely decorated, clean, very comfortable bed. Staff is very friendly and nice and ready to help. Good breakfast choice. One of the best hotels we stayed in. Well worth the 4 stars.
