Excellent location, spacious rooms, comfy bed
Small restaurant, had to wait for breakfast as there were 4 of us to be seated. Not enough tables and very cramped. Could easily fit another luggage rack in rooms for 2 guests, only 1 supplied?

Location was excellent. Better than we anticipated. Excellent breakfast every morning. Lastly all the staff were great. Very attentive and helpful especially Leo who took good care of us especially with Resteraunt reservations.

Friendly staff who will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful, comfortable room, great breakfast, wonderful afternoon treats and great location.
Only issue for some is that a subway runs underneath the hotel so can be a bit noisy when trains pass through. Seemed to stop overnight but restarted around 6:30 am (I think). Didn’t really bother us.

We stayed two nights. Exceptional hotel. Great location with walking distance to central Lisbon. Room spacious, clean and comfortable.. Clear that cleanliness was a priority throughout the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast had a wide range of hot and cold items - all delicious. Welcome drink was a nice touch. And daily treats that were delivered to our room. Great experience!.

From the minute we arrived each and every member of staff couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was in a fantastic location with everything on your doorstep. Whole hotel was spotless and rooms very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic.

Great location, very convenient to everything. The front desk is very friendly. The hotel also send welcome gift and drinks. The room is beautiful and very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

Everything went extremely well. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. The free port and chocolates went down very well. The room was on the larger side compared with many other European hotels.
There wasn’t much I did not like and not really worth mentioning.
My only negative and it’s not much of a negative, is it would have been helpful to have a kettle and tea making facilities in the room.
