Good location close to my conference venue and close to shopping area. Room (junior suite) was nice and well designed and facilities satisfactory. Breakfast was simple but of good standard.
Reception staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had a shower in a bathtub with small glass panels that made stepping into the bathtub a bit hazardous.
Request to have a Nespresso machine fixed or replaced wasn’t really that satisfactory.
Breakfast serving staff were efficient and helpful but not overly friendly.
Left 2 clothing items in room closet accidentally when checking out. Contacted the hotel the next day but they couldn’t locate the items, top and pants, in the Lost and Found. Not sure if the items were thrown away.

Convenient location to explore Lisbon, close to the metro and park Margues. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

The design and decor made great use of space in the lovely light public spaces and foyer. I particularly liked the swimming pool area on the roof and the rooftop bar overlooking the city.

Great location, Fantastic staff, perfect hotel for a long weekend exploring Lisbon
Only things I can fault, were the bathroom lacked any fan to remove condensation. Could do with firmer pillows.
Restaurant did feel boxed in, as no natural light or ventilation, so as with room, both just missed ‘real air flow’.

Great breakfast and the staff all really friendly. Hotel is in a lovely location away from the main tourist attractions but close to a metro station.

Comfortable beds, effective air-conditioning, quiet rooms and easy access to the metro for getting around. Staff friendly and helpful.

Good sized rooms with spacious bathroom and large towels. comfortable large beds with good pillows.
additional towel rail or hooks would be helpful especially when you have wet bathing suits. No PowerPoints or usb ports next to bed. Also long mirror on wrong door in wardrobe. Pool area needs a functioning bar

I don’t think you could describe the ‘pool’ as such. But it was lovely for a dip at the end of the day.
