Great breakfast and the staff all really friendly. Hotel is in a lovely location away from the main tourist attractions but close to a metro station.
The bed was a little on the small side.

Comfortable beds, effective air-conditioning, quiet rooms and easy access to the metro for getting around. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing really, the pool area was lovely but was in the shade at the end of the day when we used it

Good sized rooms with spacious bathroom and large towels. comfortable large beds with good pillows.
additional towel rail or hooks would be helpful especially when you have wet bathing suits. No PowerPoints or usb ports next to bed. Also long mirror on wrong door in wardrobe. Pool area needs a functioning bar

I don’t think you could describe the ‘pool’ as such. But it was lovely for a dip at the end of the day.

Nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Close to metro, which is very useful and cheap, because Lisbon is very hilly.

The hotel is excellent and the staff very attentive and helpful. The service from the moment you step into the hotel reception is delightful. The junior suite was very nice and clean. The breakfast is plentiful with good quality hot and cold items. The restaurant serves very good quality food and gets very busy in the evenings. Staff were a bit overwhelmed on our last night and we had a long wait for a table. The food is very good so it was worth the wait. The hotel is located near a metro station, with a spar next to it and a fast food chain across the road. There’s other restaurants in the area including one down the road with a jungle theme.
Long wait for a table at the restaurant due to staff shortages. Service at the table was excellent as per usual.
