Hotel was great location very clean inside lovely staff just a perfect place to be.
Couple of the rooms needed maybe decorating again just to there was a few marks here and there on the walls the other room the shower door didn’t close properly, which was very awkward because the water was going out onto the floor besides that all okay.

- Quiet, spacious rooms with good AC working
- The staff are always smiling and ready to help, I felt so welcomed.
- Close by to the metro station and buses.
- Rooms felt modern and not outdated. Bed was very comfortable.
- Breakfast was decent, options were constantly topped up by staff, and the restaurant was great for a night in if I didn’t want to go out for dinner.
Nothing. Enjoyed my entire stay and felt that I got my money’s worth.

The restaurant was one of the best aspects of the hotel. Outstanding breakfast and excellent evening service (we ate 3 nights during our stay and each meal was superb). Well located with easy access to public transport. Quiet street. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained. Rooftop terrace with the pool is an asset but layout and facilities were a little disappointing.
The room is too small with limited space for your clothes/bags. No powerpoint/USB on both sides of the bed (had to remove the bedside lamp plug from the power socket). Expensive (not a luxury hotel and no view or aspect etc). Might be cheaper during weeks with less demand.

Location couldn't be better; right near Parques Eduardo VII, near the large roundabout for easy access to the Metro but not so as you could hear the traffic. Room a very good size and excellent bathroom and shower. Breakfast was very good and varied. We had one evening meal in the restaurant (Basilico) which I enjoyed very much. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The only downside was that our room was at the back and faced the rear of other buildings, whose aircons were very loud so we had to close the window to sleep (this completely cut out the noise).

It was a great, convenient location giving easy access not only to the city but to transport. The reception area was welcoming, the lifts convenient and working well. The rooms were generous and beds very comfortable. Interesting and useful roof terrace. The restaurant and bar were well manned and the food good. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and most accessible

Good location close to my conference venue and close to shopping area. Room (junior suite) was nice and well designed and facilities satisfactory. Breakfast was simple but of good standard.
Reception staff and bar staff were friendly and helpful.
Bathroom had a shower in a bathtub with small glass panels that made stepping into the bathtub a bit hazardous.
Request to have a Nespresso machine fixed or replaced wasn’t really that satisfactory.
Breakfast serving staff were efficient and helpful but not overly friendly.
Left 2 clothing items in room closet accidentally when checking out. Contacted the hotel the next day but they couldn’t locate the items, top and pants, in the Lost and Found. Not sure if the items were thrown away.

Exceptional
The design and decor made great use of space in the lovely light public spaces and foyer. I particularly liked the swimming pool area on the roof and the rooftop bar overlooking the city.
