The restaurant was one of the best aspects of the hotel. Outstanding breakfast and excellent evening service (we ate 3 nights during our stay and each meal was superb). Well located with easy access to public transport. Quiet street. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Welcoming and helpful staff. Very clean and well maintained. Rooftop terrace with the pool is an asset but layout and facilities were a little disappointing.
The room is too small with limited space for your clothes/bags. No powerpoint/USB on both sides of the bed (had to remove the bedside lamp plug from the power socket). Expensive (not a luxury hotel and no view or aspect etc). Might be cheaper during weeks with less demand.

Super facilities. Great dipping pool. The breakfast was extensive catering for many tastes. Clean and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Can't fault it in any way.
It was a lovely 20min walk into Lisbon centre which is downhill on the way. Up on the way back!
Not a problem for us but may be for others.

Convenient location to explore Lisbon, close to the metro and park Margues. Tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good sized rooms with spacious bathroom and large towels. comfortable large beds with good pillows.
additional towel rail or hooks would be helpful especially when you have wet bathing suits. No PowerPoints or usb ports next to bed. Also long mirror on wrong door in wardrobe. Pool area needs a functioning bar

I opted for the less expensive room, but unfortunately, there was no outlet on one side of the bed, and the bed was positioned only 20 cm from the wall. Additionally, the window overlooked a concrete wall. For a 4-star hotel, such conditions are unacceptable.

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Gym is small but adequate. They have a wet and dry sauna and a small plunge pool. Even have a roof-top bar (self-service). The room is big with a sitting area. Nice and big!
One of the best things is the restaurant in the hotel - OMG the food is delicious! Even the breakfasts were great. Loved it here!

First morning they recommended I go to the Time Out Market for lunch. I did and my phone was stolen by a pick pocket/organized group who were lingering
there looking for tourists. (My phone is now in West Africa.) ?

The receptionist was extremely nice, always ready to help us, proactive and supportive with all our requests, questions, extra details, suggestions on what to visit etc. They even gave us our breakfast as takeaway because on our last day we had our plane very early in the morning and we would have missed it otherwise.
The only little issue we had was with the temperature in the bedroom, I think the heater wasn't heating the room properly. But we stayed only a few days and as we were most of the time away we never got to signal this to the reception. Otherwise, I'm more than sure that if we had flagged it, it would have been solved right away.

Nicely located away from the hustle and bustle of crowds of tourists. Is walkable to areas of interest. Pretty easy walk (15-25 mins) to/from area attractions and meeting points for tours. If you have difficulty walking consider taxis or Uber it is worth it for the comfort and quiet of this hotel. There is a great Italian restaurant next door for breakfast and dinner at an additional cost and there are plenty of choices for eateries nearby. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location close to all the designer shops if this is something you enjoy. The staff were all great very helpful front desk Food was very good. very comfy beds also.
We had a family room we stayed in the larger room whilst lots of wardrobes it poorly laid out and lacked hanging space for long garments a simple rail would have fixed this.The room was a little dark again extra tall lamps would fix this issue.
