We had a wonderful stay. Great staff and a wonderful breakfast .
We had no milk in our room for tea, we used the cold milk from the fridge. When checking out I advised the receptionist and offered to pay, she said no charge but after checking out we were charged for the milk from the minibar?

Lovely large rooms, comfortable bed and the pillow menu was so nice. The pool and spa were great. Location was excllent, the lobby and other public area are designed beautifully and are comfortable. All the staff - especially the front desk and concierge were great and went the extra mile for us. The breakfast buffet was SO good. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were top notch.
The open shower/toilet concept in the room does not work well. There is no light in the shower, water leaks under the door out of the shower and the set up provides minimal privacy when using the WC.

The hotel is in a great location, lots of the city you can explore in walking distance. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty to choose from at breakfast. Room is a little small, but for a weekend it's perfect, tea and coffee in room as well as the decent shampoo and conditioner (rituals).

Location was great
Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. Shower did not drain properly. There were bottles left on our balcony from a previous stay. Asked for ice and they made us go downstairs and get some from the bar instead of sending some up. Not worth the $.

The hotel location is excellent - close to the city centre while still situated in a calm and quiet area. The facilities were great; I mainly used the indoor pool, which was not too busy and very relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view over the street. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. Overall, everything was great, and I would be happy to stay here again!
