Facility/Service: Due to a technical problem occurred few days before my arrival, the swimming pool was cold (22-23C vs min. 28C advertised) during all my family stay. No umbrella available at the front desk during rainy weekend. Communication/ Attitude: No communication and/or consideration of this lack of service during my stay, despite a claim raised to the front and mail sent to director of the hotel, as the selection of this hotel was mostly driven by the swimming for my kids, mostly during a rainy weekend. Disappointing mail (kiss-off type) received after my departure by the director (not available during the weekend).

The room was nice and the location was good, but not worth the money. After several days, we moved over to a hotel called Toc Toc which was very cool and very friendly.
Staff acted like they were doing us a favor to check us in or help with anything. Check in was at 4 PM and we had an urgent meeting to attend and they made sure it was 430 before we could check in even though they knew we had somewhere to be. I had to go to the Front Desk and ask several times for our room.

Beautiful property, well located and with great staff
I was disappointed that the hotel charged for my 4year old an extra 40 euro a night. Room already had a small couch so was surprised. They did write me about the charge but still feels aggressive.
