Great Location, lovely facilities, lovely Staff
Our room was not very clean, not a 5star
Shower glass door was very dirty from previous guests using the shower.
Ring marks on the unit from where again previous guests, made drinks.
Floor looked like it needed a good clean, where you walk from bedroom to bathroom, especially in the corners!!

The room was nice and the location was good, but not worth the money. After several days, we moved over to a hotel called Toc Toc which was very cool and very friendly.
Staff acted like they were doing us a favor to check us in or help with anything. Check in was at 4 PM and we had an urgent meeting to attend and they made sure it was 430 before we could check in even though they knew we had somewhere to be. I had to go to the Front Desk and ask several times for our room.

Excellent concierge and friendly staff throughout.
Construction underway at the hotel and in the surrounding neighborhood, but they offered a discount at the restaurant to compensate.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, our suite was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable, location was superb, and the food at dinner and breakfast was first class. Lovely to get a complimentary welcome drink too. The spa and pool are beautiful too, as is the roof terrace. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough!
