Room needs to be reviewed : door stop broken, WC tap flushing boiling hot water, shower tub clogged, bathroom ventilation and air conditionning not working well, room door heavy to open..
Accessories are given on request only (i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste)
Impossible to have breakfast outside because of the dust and noise of a close building
Some treatment displayed to be available on the elevator are not when asking at the Spa place.
A few people not nice especially some at the Spa who are not helping with opening doors.
Hammam, sauna not at convenient temperature.
Smimming pool balneotherapy buttons not working
Breakfast limited choice especially vegetables (avocado, black olives) and fruits (bananas). Most of the pastries are not fresh
Prices are too high and inadapted for the offered service
Elevator broke down one day and we have not been able to go conveniently to our room
False fire alarm, we had to disrupt our breakfast

All restaurant service and food was excellent.
The concierge recommended a seafood restaurant in Lisbon but it was not good.

Room is nice and clean with enough room to put large luggages. The bed is quite big and very comfortable (best one we had during our stay in Portugal).
We got sick at the beginning of our stay, and the staff has been very supportive, providing extra pillows and water as needed.
