We came here for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time. The staff were welcoming and really friendly. The concierge were all so helpful, particularly Betty who gave us great ideas of things to do, helped us with booking activities and restaurants, giving excellent recommendations. We had champagne and strawberries in our room upon arrival which was such a lovely touch. We used the bars downstairs and on the rooftop, staff were excellent and drinks great and reasonably priced. The food at the hotel was exceptional, we had dinner in the Bistro4 which was delicious and again felt incredible value.
The hotel is beautiful, lovely facilities, its warm and inviting and we had the best time. Will definitely be returning.

Beautiful hotel 10 minutes from the sea and the centre of town. The room was nicely decorated and bathrooms was big. The breakfast was delicious, fresh food and many options. The restaurant of the hotel is also great. Staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities! I recommend the sunset cruise in the bay of Lisbon

We recently stayed at Portobay Liberdade for two nights and were genuinely blown away by the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming.
The rooms are beautiful and spotless, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The facilities throughout the hotel are excellent and clearly very well maintained.
We also had dinner at Bistro4 and were so impressed. The food was delicious and fantastic value for money.
It was our first time in Lisbon, and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better hotel or location. Portobay Liberdade made our trip extra special, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

They provided a to-go breakfast for us as we had an early tour. It was more than generous and saw us through most of the day with snacks and water also. No early check-in available but they will store and deliver your bags to the room while you go sightseeing. The hotel location is excellent and on quiet street.
Nothing, we enjoyed our stay and would rebook when next in Lisbon

Room was comfortable. Bed was great and housekeeping did a first class job.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of fresh and cooked foods.
The staff throughout the hotel were really helpful, welcoming and on reception, prepared to take the time to give advice on sisght seeing.
The lighting system in the bedroom was a little strange but we managed it.
