Wow, the property was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The beautiful façade, the inviting lobby, and the spacious rooms (even the basic ones) are all thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. It was genuinely a pleasure coming back to the hotel every time. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was warmly greeted by the staff whenever I walked in, which immediately made me feel at home. The room itself exceeded my expectations. The huge king-size bed, bathtub, and private balcony were a wonderful surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The Nespresso coffee machine with capsules was restocked daily, and mineral water was refreshed on request. The room was also impressively quiet, which made a huge difference for me. I slept wonderfully throughout my stay. The blackout curtains were excellent and helped create complete darkness in the room — something that is very important to me, as light tends to disturb my sleep. The Rituals bath amenities were a real treat — soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. I also loved the thoughtful turn-down service, especially finding chocolate on the bed every evening. Breakfast was truly top-notch. Everything was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of pastries, cheeses, sausages, and vegetables, along with five types of fresh juices. On top of that, three à la carte dishes were included in the breakfast, which made the experience feel especially indulgent. The location was another big advantage. It felt central yet pleasantly quiet, right next to an area filled with designer shops. Public transportation was easily accessible, making it very convenient to get around the city. I also used the spa facilities, which were fantastic. The indoor pool, Turkish hammam, and dry sauna were a perfect escape from the very rainy Lisbon weather during my stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. Everyone seems to be happy and proud to work for PortBay. I will definitely be checking out their other properties.

The room was nice and the location was good, but not worth the money. After several days, we moved over to a hotel called Toc Toc which was very cool and very friendly.
