Variety of food at breakfast. Good location. Welcome drink, however only small beer, why not large! Felt meanie for the cost!
Greeting on arrival long winded and not very warm welcome. Cups in room cannot be used with hot water for tea etc. Too hot to hold! Balcony felt unsafe, sloped down!

The room was small but very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Lisbon. We felt safe walking back at night.
The shampoo was watered down. There were no facial tissues in the room.

Everything about CR7 in Lisbon is just great. The facilities, the location and especially the staff. Its so fun to stay there and enjoy the center of the city.

Hotel in an ideal central location, close to bars, restaurants and sights. Clean, modern and well equipped. Staff very friendly and service good throughout. Room well sized, modern and had everything we needed. Good atmosphere in the bar, with a good range of drinks.

Great location. Staff were great, especially the ladies who cleaned our room. Breakfast was very good.
Not enough space to hang clothes and drawers. A luggage rack would have been useful. The room seemed small. I booked a deluxe room and I asked reception if it was the correct size as the one next door seemed like it was the correct size we should have been allocated.

The bar staff were very fussy - we arrived sober - they insisted on people sitting down, we were a group of 9 that felt unwelcome both times we visited the bar, so in the main went elsewhere.
