Very Good
Clean, modern and nicely decorated apartment.
Comfortable bed and pillows.
Kitchen had tea and coffee available.
Overall, the apartment was clean and well maintained.
The apartment is quite small for 4 people, even though we booked two bedrooms.
The room with two twin beds was extremely small and felt more like a storage room than a proper bedroom. There was no AC also in this room so it didn’t cool down properly.
The lighting in the living room was very poor.
We were three guests but were given only one key/card. This was very inconvenient when we wanted to split up. The electricity and AC required the card to be left in the room, so if one person took the card when going out, the others couldn’t use the AC or electricity. We also had to go downstairs to open the main door whenever the person without the key wanted to come back.
The amenities listed included SMEG toaster and kettle, but neither was provided.
The location was not the most pleasant. There is a very dirty street right next to the building, with a strong unpleasant smell and a lot of garbage, which made the immediate surroundings uncomfortable.

Quiet location with easy access to livelier areas on foot. The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view; we could hear Lisbon come alive as the sun set. The bed was fantastic.
No smart TV, which isn't a problem if you want to be out on the town. For us, we wanted a night in, so that was the only bummer. Also, to enter, you have to ring a doorbell, and sometimes you must wait a long time for staff to let you in. But it could have just been a busy day.

Very large and comfortable room and bed. Great views of Lisbon from the third floor. The kitchenette was well stocked, with little grocery stores everywhere to purchase drinks, snacks and even cook a meal if desired. The courtyard was a nice spot to sit in. Laundry facilities on site, just had to buy detergent from the front staff which made a huge different washing clothes halfway through trip.
Location was at top of hill, so walking home at the end of the day was a little tiring. Little more out of the way, but still very close to major tram and subway stops. Only 10-15 min walk to get to the water and main sections of Lisbon. Bathroom was a little small.

Nice clean apartment with kitchenette and washer/dryer available on site free of charge. They do, however, charge €1 for the detergent (capsule).
Booked a private tour of Cascais and Sintra with the hotel. Joao was great ?
The twin bedroom was a bit small but we managed.

The apartments come with kitchen, and you can get breakfast included, which we did. There also a grocery store (Continente) within very short walking distance from the apartment. The apartments are centrally located with short walk or Uber ride to most of the attractions Lisbon has to offer. The property staff is very nice, kind, and accommodating. The property is squeaky clean. It is important to maintain communication (email, WhatsApp) with the property management team because the lobby is not staffed after hours. I will stay there again next time I'm in Lisbon.
I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Very clean and new facilities. Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Some included bread in the room, coffee and a welcome drink. Close enough to the airport and also the city centre.
They wanted to charge 25 euros to check in early even if room was available.
