The apartments come with kitchen, and you can get breakfast included, which we did. There also a grocery store (Continente) within very short walking distance from the apartment. The apartments are centrally located with short walk or Uber ride to most of the attractions Lisbon has to offer. The property staff is very nice, kind, and accommodating. The property is squeaky clean. It is important to maintain communication (email, WhatsApp) with the property management team because the lobby is not staffed after hours. I will stay there again next time I'm in Lisbon.
I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Close to center , only 10 min walk . Clean property
Broken bath tube in the shower. Noises from room above , child was running in the room . Unable to get good sleep .

Very clean and new facilities. Great friendly, knowledgeable staff. Some included bread in the room, coffee and a welcome drink. Close enough to the airport and also the city centre.
They wanted to charge 25 euros to check in early even if room was available.

Beautiful interiors and modern amenities and our room was spacious. We did not get their breakfast but right across the hotel is a local cafe with good food and prices. Carolina, their front desk staff, was kind, warm, and very helpful.

Parking inconvenient if you go by car. Part of the staff not friendly and helpful, but it was the exception.

I asked for high floor and got a room on ground floor, so I had to close the windows at night because it felt unsafe , area with a lot of foreigners
