Very Good
Lovely staff. Spacious rooms. Nothing flashy, but everything is clean. location is outside the historic district. But 15 minute walk and you're in the heart of it. Also near metro and taxis are cheap and plentiful. If you want something a bit more quiet than the chaos of the historic district, close to the action, this is a very good choice.

Disappointing
Not recommended due to its distance from the city center. I originally chose it thinking it was close to the central bus station, but the metro was not running early in the morning, so we had to take a taxi. It would be better to stay in the city center when visiting Lisbon.
Location is not ideal.

A hot water pot with instant coffee/tea available in room would be nice. My friends we traveled with had these in their rooms at the Exe Salhanda hotel.

Great location near the Saldanha metro for good transport around the city. Rooms were big and comfy and lovely breakfast to start the day. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

This hotel was in a good location, close to the metro, supermarket and food/ drink places. It was reasonably quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection and decent quality.
The bar never seemed to be functional, with no one around. The room could do with new carpeting.

The location was good for us, as it was away from the crowds, and it was near lots of good restaurants. Our room (a suite) was very comfortable, the wifi was strong, and the breakfast buffet was spot-on.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main metro station, making it easy to reach the city center. Restaurants and a supermarket are close by. Breakfast has a good variety, the rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was poor and expensive. There were 6 of us (3 rooms), but only our breakfast was not included. It cost us as much for breakfast,
as the dinner we had at a nice restaurant which included wine and after dinner liquor.
