The location is perfect my room was having a big terrace really nice one and it's clean and comfy
The bottle of water in the room is not free you have to pay if you want to drink no coffee machine or tea available in the room and the breakfast wasn't good

The satff is the biggest plus for this facility. All the people were very helpful and friendly. Location is also very good. The room was clean and we had almost what we need. But the breakfast can be considered to be poor and food served was not the best quality.
They could serve a better breakfast.

The room was very clean and was quite big and light and airy, we had a large terrace and upon request the hotel kindly provided 2 chairs for us to sit out in the evenings. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided . Breakfast was amazing fantastic choices and lots of everything. We enjoy walking so the walk every morning to the waterfront (45 mins) was relaxing for us and a way to walk of breakfast.
The reception area and breakfast area are both beautiful but could do with a little background music for ambiance.

Very close to Metro. Good location for tourists. The room is large. Cosmetics. A lot of tv programs. Very clean.
There was a stain on the carpet. Breakfast was the same every day. I did not like the coffee. Sometimes emergency cars were heard,

The room is large. The electric shutters are very helpful, they make the room so dark, you can sleep late...and very well. The location has some pluses: the area is nice, elegant, safe. There's many entrances to the metro within 4 minutes. There's lots of shops around including a supermarket just down the street. Taxi to the airport is aprox 12 Euro, it is not far.
Breakfast is not like a 4 star, not lavish, but is OK, you have all you need. One day only the breakfast room was full due to a group, I had to come back later. The Saldanha metro is not great except for the airport and Oriente, else you have to change to the other lines.

All of the staff was very helpful and kind, plus the cleaning was at very high levels. Small little touches would help to improve the rating.
The hotel is a 4 star category but there are things missing which are supposed to be standard. First of all, the hotel room does not have a coffee machine nor tea or even a small bottle of water for welcome. As we arrived we did not find any slippers or bathrobe and we had to ask for them. The pillows are also a little hard, but I guess this is not to be told. As for the breakfast, the buffet was very minimal with few and same option every day and it was not refilled on time. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast room is in the basement, so the feeling you get is a little strange.
