The rooms are usually clean and perfectly fit to the business trip needs. The breakfast is Ok, but nothing special.
At room 620 the bathtub insulation is damaged; water is leaking after having a shower.

We stayed two nights at the end of our trip, the location is excellent for access to Oriente train/bus/metro. The mall, riverfront walk and many restaurants are close by. The breakfast started at 06:30 which was great for us having to leave early for a flight.
The beds were uncomfortable and the hotel somewhat impersonal.

Does not have a gym. I solved it however by jogging along the water. Initially I was concerned of being too dark & early in the AM, however location is great overall.

Loved the well-appointed room and restroom. The staff were very accommodating, kind, and supportive of my request to not change rooms with my 2 reservations for 2 nights. The bar was great, except for the mid-day server who did not know how to make a gin martini, even when it was on the menu.
We did not elect to dine in at the restaurant because it was buffet instead of regular service. This was disappointing because it was late and we needed to eat, and then had to hunt somewhere that was open.

Guest enjoy a discounted parking fee at the parking garage. Our booking came with a included breakfast. The breakfast was a nice spread with a variety of food and beverages. The hotel seems to be clean and new. There are many restaurants and a casino at walking distance.
The price was kind of high for the space and facility we got. The staff was not super warm as you would expect.

Very convenient to the train station and the mall. Walking distance to close by the museum and cable car ride.
Breakfast was included and that was a bonus. Staff were very friendly.
We had a departure flight scheduled for very early in the morning and requested to have breakfast kept ready in a to-go bag with clear instructions No MEAT at all. After arriving at the airport and about to start to eat we discovered that all the sandwiches had meat in it, hence we were very disappointed and had to throw away all the sandwiches.

Location.
The hotel is okay overall, but definitely disappointing for a 4-star.
There is a serious issue with the bathroom ventilation — the air doesn’t clear out at all. Towels were worn out and even had holes in them. Breakfast was very basic and far too modest for a 4-star hotel.
And the worst part — a bag with our gifts was stolen from the room. So, do not leave anything valuable inside.
Wouldn’t really call this place 4-star, more like a weak 3.
