Convenience of this hotel to the airport and metro station
Cleaning of the floor in the bedroom was missed throughout the stay. Guess this could be a lack of time for the cleaning crew as the hotel was fully booked.
Rooms could do with more light and none of the rooms are sound proof so you can hear everyone's conversations

This hotel is simply amazing. At one of the finest neighborhoods in Lisbon (Parque das Nacoes), very well located, close to most of the significant places in the neighborhood, including the subway/train station/bus terminal. The hotel is modern, the room is great, very comfortable and spotless clean. The staff is priceless, we were gifted a room upgrade, free breakfast and free parking, making an already great stay even n greater. The breakfast is over the top, delicious and diversified.

Sound insulation needs an upgrade. Heard different noises coming from everywhere, even guest's conversation from other rooms. Quite uncomfortable

They allowed us to drop our bags at reception before check in time and upgraded us at no extra cost. They were courteous and helpful. Arranged our taxi for 05:00 next morning. Nice suite, plenty of room.
The floor of our room was dirty, so if we were barefoot, we had to brush the soles carefully before getting into bed. No excuse for such poor housekeeping. The shaving mirror in the bathroom was mounted so high only a giraffe could have seen into it!. The fridge was too tiny to take our water bottle and unstable. It rocked around a lot. The TV remotes did not work. We took it to reception, but they didn't return or replace it. So no TV for us!

The Olissippo Oriente is very clean, comfortable, and only a 3 minute walk from the train station. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet has plenty of options for all. Comfortable and relaxing hotel bar offered a small menu which was nice because the hotel restaurant was busy with tour groups.
We didnt get to try the hotel restaurant because it was busy with two large tour groups.

The location (in Parque das Naes), and the space and quality of the modern facilities they provide
For the price and given that they have a parking lot, I would expect free parking
