The location is perfect! Even though it's not at the city centre, Olaias metro station is just a short walk from the hotel, making travel from the hotel to any part of Lisbon easy. The room had everything that we needed - a safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, just to name a few. Breakfast tasted good and was to my liking.
The shower in my room was not working well. The water that flowed out of the shower head was not smooth and strong enough, and it was hard to adjust the water to the right temperature. Although the breakfast was good, the menu is the same every day. I was okay with it, but my friend was getting tired of having the same food for breakfast by the third day. We stayed for 5 nights. Might not be a problem for guests who are only staying for 3 nights or less, but guests who book longer stays in the hotel may feel the same way as my friend did. Do consider preparing alternate menus for breakfast every day for greater variety.

The location is perfect, very central and right next to the metro station. There are many restaurants nearby.
The bed was horrible. It made squeaky sounds whenever one of us moved and the double bed is very small for two persons (average or rather slim, NOT obese!!). It almost made it impossible to even get some sleep

Very silent and well located. Its close to the airport (15 minutes by subway or car). Downstairs youll find a bakery to have breakfast or lunch. Also theres a supermarket nearby.
It might happen ventilation from bathroom is noisy on certain rooms.

The location is decent (not in the heart of the city, but fortunately there is a metro station at 50 m), the staff was really helpful and friendly. Also, our room had a beautiful river view.
The rooms are not really sound proof (one night we heard someone crying in the next room until 2 am) and they could definitely use a refresh, as the furniture looked a bit old and worn as well (at least in our room)

It was our first time in Lisbon both my husband and I enjoyed the bar, It's great that it was open till late.
