Nice historical building, very nice stuff, Very courteous service during breakfast , huge bathroom.
Room itself was a bit small, working desk without electricity socket for the computer, a bit far from the center, a bit disappointing breakfast (served to the table, not a buffet. BUT - good food and good service).

Property was clean. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable.
Staff were either very attentive and over the top or not very attentive at all.
No storage in room for luggage and we were in the back property where the lighting was poor and very slippery after it rained.
The property seems very tired and needs some renovation to maintain age of property.

One small living room was their limited public area, which was crowded (shoulder to shoulder)every evening. Property description and photos were very deceiving.

I loved the history of the Palacia and really loved the peaceful garden in the middle of busy Lisbon.The tram 28 added to the ambiance .Location not exactly in central of the city ,but loved walking through the neighborhoods.Baixa and Chiado an easy walk. Loved the old world charm and wonderful staff.Excellent breakfast in a charming dining room.Would definately stay again if I ever go back to Lisbon

The staff were superb, right from the start, check in, bar , restaurant, everyone was really nice and great at their jobs.
The breakfast was superb.
The location was great, with walkable access to many viewing points and landmark buildings as well as the heart of the city.

Not enough places to store clothing after unpacking. No view. Noise from restaurant downstairs was loud in our room (#3). Sometimes until late

The palace was lovely! So was the room. The location was okay as it was a 17 minute walk to downtown Baixa area but there were tram stops right outside the Palacio.
The pillows were too soft!
