I loved it!
The location is amazing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
When we arrived, our room was freshly cleaned and ready for us. The staff went above and beyond they helped us get reservations at some of the most popular restaurants that usually require a week’s notice, and they managed to arrange it within just one day!
They were always available, attentive, and eager to help. They recommended the best places and restaurants to visit and assisted us with all our activity bookings.
I will definitely book this place again!

The staff was very professional and prompt.
I was not aware of the construction outside prior to my arrival. I was on first floor and facing the construction so I could never have the windows open due to privacy and noise.

The hotel style is very modern and classy at the same time. The staff was super nice to us and even packaged a breakfast box for our early tours. The location is also awesome, the street has a lot of good restaurants and gift shops. Also next to the hotel, there is an easy taxi pick up area. The hotel is also close to a main square with famous stores and close to tour pick up areas.
The hotel was super clean and the shower was great. I would recommend this hotel for sure.
The shower would flood a bit on the bathroom floor. But nothing horrible.

Locations was awesome, very clean and modern and everything looked new. Staff were very friendly and looked very smart.
Continental breakfast was limited but satisfactory. It was bread rolls, pastry, same cheese and ham every day, fruit and juice. But the same every day.

We really enjoyed the central location of Hotel O Artista Suites — it’s perfect for exploring Lisbon, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The suite was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The breakfast options at the hotel were quite limited, which was disappointing for a place of this standard. The bathrooms were surprisingly small and poorly designed, with barely any hooks to hang wet towels, making it quite inconvenient.
Also, the small bar adjacent to the hotel tends to attract a noisy crowd in the afternoons and evenings, which detracts from the overall atmosphere and makes it feel less relaxing.
Still, the quality of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff made it a pleasant stay overall.
