Good location, convenient for getting around Lisbon, good breakfast a great view from our room.
Could have more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms.

breakfast buffet had an amazing selection, items were refilled constantly, food was delicious, rooms were spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable, decor was modern and nice, parking garage onsite for extra fee, 20 min from airport
AC is centrally set, no option to lower temperature in rooms, only fan - it was August and too hot. pool area needs maintenance, floors need scrubbing, loungers dirty. location is not great. no restaurants/bars around, but 7 min walking to blue line metro stop which leads to Downtown Lisboa in 25 min.

Rooms are nice.
A general lack of attention to detail, no shower gel, just 2 shampoo, one of the beds was poorly made.
Breakfast was too crowded, substantial queues for the coffee machines.
Why leave a complementary bottle of water in the rooms and no cups?
An underwhelming experience for the price.

Room was new
The hotel was under construction while we were there . Wires falling on walls areas closed.
We left reading glasses on the room already 4 weeks passed and they don’t reply if they are there or not.

Staff were helpful and friendly, location was okay about a 20-30 minute metro from centre
The only downside was we had a leak in our room from the ceiling which soaked a lot of our belongings
