I really liked the breakfast buffet that was provided because they offered a variety of great food. The location is near the metro station, city center is very well accessible.
The hotel undergoes the reconstruction, the facilities as pool and gym were closed, even though it was not mentioned during the booking. We had issue with AC in the room, it was repaired but next day broke again, the temperature in the room was exhausting, there is no option to open window in the room.

There are renovations going on the hotel. But the hotel didn't informed us about it at the time of reservation nor checkin. Although the hotel says construction works start at 10.00 am, loud noises start at 08.30 am. Called the reception about it several times.
Also, the rooms were extremely hot at March, no possibility open the windows or turn A/C cold.

The room was very modern and clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, location was really good - uber from the airport is recommended as the "airport taxis" try and take advantage of tourists (as every city does) but if this does happen to you let the reception staff know at the hotel and they will be so helpful (as they were), they gave a personalised birthday card and cake! everything worked perfect in the room, lovely and spacious, dinner menu is basic, overall lovely stay and would book again.
The swimming pool wasn't working but advertised as such.. and this was one of the reasons booking with this hotel

The room was lovely, staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great, bonus that it’s across the road from a tube station
The only let down was that the swimming pool and gym were out of use. It needs to be made clear during the booking so that guests aren’t let down when they arrive.

Staff were great.
Nothing to not like really - seemingly undergoing renovations (no noise) and there's a lack of atmosphere there right now , likely will be improved soon enough. Totally fine for what we needed.

Rooms are ok, but less than expected for a 4 stars hotel.
Lobby is very old, carpets are dirty and old.
Receptionists are not helpful.

The room was recently painted and repaired. The LED strip lights in the passages are motion activated, which functions well.
Unfortunately, construction in and around the relocated dining area, depositing severe dust on the tables
The local restaurant "bicicleta" menu was not available on the website.
