Good price. Proximity to the zoo, which was the main reason for our trip.
The pillows were not very comfortable. We had trouble sleeping. Air conditioning didn't work. Even after informing reception, it didn't improve. Three of us in one room. It was like a sauna in there!

It’s still under construction. No proper swimming pool. No proper response or address to grievances from the guests. Didn’t felt like the usual Novotel experience we always used to get in other countries.

Wonderful
Pretty decent breakfast! Kids particularly enjoyed the pancake machine. The hotel is located at a 7-8 minute walking distance from the nearest metro station. The commute to and from the city center is fairly convenient.
The gym was closed throughout our stay. The hotel did inform us that it was undergoing renovation but no one mentioned that the gym would be closed during this period. Would have been good to have prior notice.

10min waiting time at the elevator - 10min waiting time at the breakfast entrance - 5min at the coffee machine.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area.
The hotel was in renovation with no warning while booking. Gym was closed . There was 20 min waiting for breakfast as they moved breakfast into a conference room.

Close to Lisbon zoo. Comfortable bed and even additional sofa is good for sleeping. Modern renovated rooms.Very reasonable price for 2 adults and 2 children
Small window, wich is impossible to open, and lack of fresh air because of that.

We contacted the hotel in advance with specific requests, but unfortunately received no proper response.
Rúben , Assistant Front Office Manager, was not attentive and showed a lack of willingness to assist. This was disappointing and not in line with the level of service we expected.

The hotel is under construction which we understand has to be done but wasn't as per described so was disappointing
The air con was not working in our room. We arrived late and room was stiffling hot and stuffy. We couldn't open a window either. We complained about the ac issue and were told it was a centralized system and nothing could be done but they'd send a guy up anyway . He turned it off and turned it back on and smartly asked us was it now cooling. It felt all like a common reaction as had seen other complaints about this previously. The room was so hot ..the halls were much cooler. All four of us in the one room sweated all night and didn't sleep at all. The next morning we wanted showers and this completely soaked the rooms and turned it into a sauna.
The restaurant was not open and although the breakfast was good and varied the area which we had to eat it was in a dingy conference room. The reception was temporary along with the lobby and all housed in the basement. This is not their fault but it all was a bit disappointing.
