Charging €39 for the dog is ridiculous. Also, the hotel is such a bad state that it don’t mention that properly on the website or the link here.

Close to the center, and very clean
The “tourist tax” is barely noticeable as part of the total payment. You are only informed of this charge during the check-in process, when an additional amount (X) is applied. I believe this fee should be clearly included and disclosed during the initial booking process, rather than added separately at check-in. Furthermore, it appears that this charge is not reflected in the invoice, which may cause confusion for guests.
I would appreciate greater transparency regarding this matter.

The location, the amenities provided in the room. Usually a 4 star would provide bathrobe and slippers but nothing was provided. The second day water wasn’t filled into the bottle. The prices were quite exorbitant for the services provided.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We booked two rooms, but both were not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was an unpleasant smell in the rooms, and overall hygiene standards were below expectations.
The room service was unsatisfactory, and the fridge in one of the rooms was not working. Despite raising concerns, the staff response was unprofessional and unhelpful.
Additionally, we were overcharged for our stay. We had already paid for breakfast as part of our booking, yet the staff informed us that breakfast was not included and asked us to pay extra, which was both confusing and frustrating.
Overall, the customer service was poor, and the experience did not meet basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Nothing special. Not horrible, but nothing specual.
The hotel has 4 stars just because it has a gym and a pool. The rooms are small, the ventilation is very loud, we had to change the room because we couldn't turn it off. The staff is nice but not very helpful. The hotel is being renovated at the moment, maybe it is better when it is fully opened. The bed is comfortable, but the sofa not rhat much. We didn't have breakfast. It is a bit far from the city, but Uber is cheap. We would give it 3 stars.

Breakfast was fantastic with a wide choice of food. Every member of staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and professional. The location was great with two metro stations within walking distance and noticed there was a hop on and off bus stop nearby
