Breakfast was ok. Reception staff was friendly.
Stinking rooms, AC doesn’t work properly, health club unusable, pool opens and closes during working hours, loads of dust everywhere.
Staff in bar and restaurant had very poor service levels and food choices were very limited. This hotel is probably the worst Novotel I have ever Visited.

I liked the room and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also super kind and accommodating. The pool was nice.
Hated the construction that was going on inside the building a lot of areas were unfinished. The location as well was really off the centre of baixo Chiado.

A very nice breakfast and room
The hotel is going through some renovations although we understand they are necessary and temporary. However we didn't experienced any noise during our stay

Staff were friendly.
Breakfast wasn’t well managed, no plates, no pancake mix, no Nutella, had to always be calling staff to replenish. Room was a bit dusty. And linen and towels didn’t smell fresh.
