Decent breakfast, Clean family room, Nice personable staff, Will visit again.
Pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel but it was outdoor and looked a bit dirty with dry leaves and moss around. Though staff were apologetic and helped as best as they could.

Breakfast was very good and it was not a central location but it was easy to get Ubers and the easy of dropping off and picking up. The room is spacious.
Some front office staff can't speak English well. My A/C in my room didn't work for 2 nights and after multiple complaints between my meetings I told them before they offered to change the room. The cleaning staff were generally good with the exception of some who didn't clean the room at all and when we speak to the front office staff there are not very hospitable and at times rude. When I said come back with some kind of compensation and they didn't come back. Also the gym was ill equipped, non of the cardio machines worked, when asked they said Gym is under renovation and that it was put on all websites, I don't recall seeing it on Booking.com. This should be clearly informed for Business Travelers staying for an extended period of time. Finally, after pushing they gave me late checkout until 5pm without charge as compensation that too the front office staff spoke rudely, saying take this as compensation otherwise, we cant do anything as you have booked through Booking.com, otherwise you only will lose and much more. This is sad to write as I travel so much and have never bothered too much to write a bad review. Such mishaps could happen but the staff could have handled it better.

Amazing breakfast selection. Coffee was delicious. Outdoor tables were not set up and there were many feathered friends swooping down onto the tables for their share!

The location is convenient, but the constant street and highway noise is hard to ignore.
The worst Novotel we have ever stayed at. While the price was reasonable, it in no way justifies the uncomfortable beds and the extremely dirty sofas in the lobby. To make matters worse, there was ongoing construction during our stay—promised to end by 6 pm, but the noise continued until 7 pm. Overall, this hotel feels soulless and lacking any real identity.

The furniture and style of the room!
The overall cleanness of the hotel was disastrous!
It seems no one cares about cleaning the overall hotel! The floors, pool, changing room, and stairs have not been cleaned for weeks!
The equipment is not working, in the gym, pools, working area!

Location is perfect to get around and explore near by attractions without much hassle. Rooms are clean and perfect for family with a very good breakfast available for all, even during very high season, no complaints.

In house restaurant was very good. Buffet breakfast was a good value at 16 Euros for adults and kids eat free for the first 2 days with a paying adult
Air conditioning was barely working, had to ask several
times for our room to be serviced. Pool is tiny with few amenities, noisy location with planes flying low over the hotel during the day. Not much close by, El Corte Inglis Mall id a 15 minute walk away along with the Metro line.
