The location was close to the airport and the metro is round the corner staff are very friendly and always there to help
The room was connecting and one night someone tried coming into our room as it was unlocked told staff the next day and they sorted it

The hotel has a very good location, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was comfortable and well organised, and the hotel offered what we expected. The breakfast was also good.
There was nothing serious that we did not like. The hotel met our expectations.

The pool area was not very clean. Parking not included or could be cheaper. The construction during busy tourist season…bad timing.

Good food, a nice breakfast with plenty of options, clean and comfortable rooms, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

spacious room, spacious bathroom, friendly staff
booked a double bed, got 2 singles. Shower gel was empty. No food options (snacks) when returned around 23.00 so had to eat in a hotel across the road!! These issues will stop me visiting next time.

It wasn’t obvious when I booked that the hotel had been under (major) renovation for 2 years. The gym was closed, the reception was a makeshift desk with a building site look about it.
When I asked to speak to the manager about the lack of warning on this site - staff weren’t very helpful.
Can’t pre book a taxi for an early departure - we were told we’d have to call in the morning??
All in all pretty average. The location wasn’t that bad but it was a faire walk from the centre in the heat. It it fine if you plan to stay out all day.

Convenient to the airport. Air con in bedroom was good.
The temporary set up while renovations were ongoing. The reception desk is poor with wires from computers hanging down from what is more a stand than a desk. Looks very unprofessional. The lobby area around the lift is dreadful with temporary walls but it’s a bad and shabby job. . Street section below entrance steps is in very bad condition. No conditioner in bathroom, no facecloth. Hair dryer did not work. Large bottle of water but no glass.
