The pool area was not very clean. Parking not included or could be cheaper. The construction during busy tourist season…bad timing.

Good food, a nice breakfast with plenty of options, clean and comfortable rooms, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Their elevator was broken and I had to carry my heavy luggage a whole flight of stairs down, resulting to serious back injury. Noone was at the reception to help me and they weren't picking up their phones. Ordering room service was impossible, either not picking the phone or saying 'you can come down and buy that from the bar', whch is utterly unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone really.

They were helpful with the parking ticket even when I checked out early they were willing to keep my parking spot until after we walked to a coffee shop and back

I made three nights with the free-cancellation policy. When I checked in the first night I was very upset with what was there so I contacted booking to enquire about canceling the next nights. The booking agent said I can do so, if the refund would be processed by the hotel, booking would do it. The next morning when I checked out the hotel staff promised me the refund would be done the same day. When I haven’t got it after five days, I complained to booking and booking consulted the hotel telling me that the refund is not possible. I would not have left the hotel that morning knowing it’s not refundable. The hotel is a scam.

Wonderful
Pretty decent breakfast! Kids particularly enjoyed the pancake machine. The hotel is located at a 7-8 minute walking distance from the nearest metro station. The commute to and from the city center is fairly convenient.
The gym was closed throughout our stay. The hotel did inform us that it was undergoing renovation but no one mentioned that the gym would be closed during this period. Would have been good to have prior notice.
