Wonderful
Great staff - Silvana was sweet and very helpful, the new manager in the restaurant was very attentive and kind. Camila at the bar was very good and friendly.
Would be nice to have coffee / toothbrush in the rooms refilled when cleaning. Also some milk/creamer in the room.

This is one of the worst Novotel I have ever stayed
I wouldn’t have booked if they would have clearly stated there is refurbishment going on the hotel. They did not have hot water on the first day I stayed and had a cold shower. Staffs were rude. Honestly could have stayed at some budget hotel and would have got a better service.

Relative good location and room was nice and big
Price for dog was too expensive. 39€ per day. Some staff not very nice. And doing works in some parts of hotel.

On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and everything was clean, with daily housekeeping. The hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. The location is also very convenient as expected — quiet but still close to the city center. Accessibility was good, and parking options in the area are available. The hotel also offers on-site parking for 12 EUR per day, which is reasonable. The hotel appears to be partially renovated; the exterior looks simple but pleasant.
We stayed at the Novotel Lisboa and travelled with our cat, for which we were charged 39 EUR per night. Unfortunately, no basic pet amenities were provided in the room (no litter box, no water bowl, etc.). We arrived late at night and were told at reception to go out and buy these items ourselves the next day, which felt unhelpful and not appropriate given the situation.
In addition, there was a planned power outage from 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., but the electricity did not fully return and the outage continued until at least around 10:30 a.m. the next morning. This was followed by a complete water outage, meaning there was no water at all for a period of time.
Overall, these issues significantly affected our stay and comfort.
