Clean, easy, quiet.
Breakfast staff was awful. We had paid for breakfast but the next day when we went to breakfast serving staff was obnoxiously rude asking us a combined 8 times when we’d paid insinuating we had not. Instead of fixing it they followed us around vibrating. We are a 60 year old for executives who don’t look like dead beat losers but were treated that way. What would have been a nice relaxing stay was unnecessarily stressful.

Room was big with all confort. Bed confortable. Bathroom clean and with a big shower. Position very close to university but also to the metro station. Even if traffic was very high and airplanes where passing by the rooms were silent

Very spacious rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked that the bathroom was also spacious, with a good hair drier and a 10x mirror. The location is very nice.

Very helpful staff. Manager provided much needed assistance with luggage. Also reserved early morning cab to the airport. Restaurant was pretty good and handled my gluten free needs quite well.

Staff were very helpful! Location to Entre Campos metro station was literally a min walk and an easy commute to downtown. Rooms were clean but there was a musty smell in the bathroom.

NH hotels are usually very efficient and convenient for work travels. They also provide an excellent buffet breakfast. This one was no different. It was well-equipped with a strong wi-fi, a clean room and bathroom of a, and was very convenient for all my needs.
When I checked in, there was still trash in the bathroom. I called the reception, and they quickly came and cleaned it. They properly apologized and gave me a complimentary wine and pastries as a token of apology, which was very nice. I will come back and continue using NH hotels for my travels.

This is not my first time in Lisbon, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write a review — and it’s because this hotel is truly special. It is the first place where I genuinely felt at home, and where the staff became like a family to me.
First of all, I have to say this is truly pet friendly — and not just for dogs. I was traveling with my cat, and they provided everything I could possibly need, even a litter box with fresh litter. That kind of thoughtfulness meant so much to me and eased my stay after a long flight.
On my very first night at check-in, Taylor welcomed me so kindly and helped me with my huge bags — something I’ll always be grateful for. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet. Every morning at breakfast I was greeted by the friendly faces of Joaquim, Pedro, Carlos, and Hilton. They are all wonderful, but Joaquim really stood out — above all he is a true professional, while also being warm and kind, and he even became a friend during my stay. Conversations with him always brightened my days, and he really made me feel part of the family here. This meant a lot to me.
Pedro also deserves a special word — he was always kind and attentive, and made me feel very welcome and cared for.
My room was cleaned every single day, always perfectly. I want to give special thanks to Amanda, who did it with such enthusiasm and care. The staff always helped me scan important documents (I had a lot) when I needed it. Normally, when I travel, I never really remember names — it’s usually just check-in, check-out, and that’s it. But here, the people made such an impression on me that I’ll never forget them.
Overall, this is a wonderful, modern hotel with a great location — safe, clean, and welcoming. And beyond being truly pet friendly, they are also pro human: very genuine, warm, and caring in the best possible sense of the word — a true reflection of the Portuguese spirit.

Clean, basic, available, friendly staff.
Pet friendly policy only means charging 25 euros per day and that is it (limitations apply and you need to sign on them, no pet package or any kind of support). View on pet allowed rooms was terrible. Wifi was not reaching my room. Not power outlets mear the bed.
