Wonderful
Very helpful staff. Manager provided much needed assistance with luggage. Also reserved early morning cab to the airport. Restaurant was pretty good and handled my gluten free needs quite well.

Ive stayed in this hotel several times. It's always been excellent. The thing that makes it exeptional is the quality of the staff and service. The service has been consistently beyond expectations and all the staff go out of their way to be helpful and ensure that you have everything you need

Staff is incredibly unfriendly. Apart from the General Manager literally nobody says hello, or is actually customer focused. Rude & demanding instead. I've suffered head injury in their gym, not even as much as a "are you okay" was offered - the very basic human decency. Would 100% not recommend.

Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, quiet and cleanliness in the hotel. Everything went smoothly, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Besides, the hotel is located in the center, you can easily get to the main sights in the city (and it is just a 13-minute ride from the airport).
