Disappointing
The hotel has a great location. We also really like this hotel chain and have had good experiences with the brand in other destinations. The staff members we interacted with were generally polite and helpful, especially the waiter at the bar who was very apologetic about the unavailable menu items.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected from a four-star hotel, especially considering the price we paid. The hotel is located in an old building and does not have a particularly attractive or modern design. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused both of us severe back pain. The duvet was placed between two flat sheets rather than using a proper fitted sheet, which did not feel hygienic. The suite also had several maintenance and cleanliness issues: peeling and uneven wallpaper, a stained and visibly dirty sofa, torn curtains, and a visibly dirty air-conditioning unit. The minibar repeatedly made noises during the night and woke us up. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, disconnecting every 20–30 minutes and requiring us to log in again each time. The USB charging ports on one side of the bed did not work. The dining experience was also disappointing. One evening the rooftop bar was unavailable because of a private event, and the restaurant was closed as well. On another evening, we were told that around half of the dishes listed on the bar menu were unavailable, so we left without ordering. There was also confusion regarding breakfast hours. The hotel information stated that breakfast started at 7:00 AM, but we were told it actually started at 8:00 AM, causing us to miss a breakfast that was included in our booking. Overall, there were simply too many issues for a hotel of this category and price. We expected a much higher standard and unfortunately would not consider this property a true four-star experience.

Lovely rooftop terrace with great view over Lisbon.
The breakfast was amazing and had a huge variety plus great teas to chose from. Only minus is that the breakfast areas was in the basement.

Never used the dining room but lovely rooftop bar had a lovely view and finding a hotel with parking in the centre of the city was great. The location is excellent. It was spacious and the shower worked perfectly

The location is very good and everything is quite accessible. The staff is excellent, very professional, friendly, competent and efficient.
The lobby is overwhelmed by an overly intense incense fragrance, which I found overwhelming. Unfortunately it very seriously affected my wife who is asthmatic, so she either stayed out of the lobby or nipped through to the lifts or the front door.

I love this hotel and the staff, we reached at 10am after a long flight and staff gave us early check in which is highly appreciated. We loved the concierge lady a lot honestly, all the recommendations that she gave us on restaurant was amazing

there was so much noise because there was a theatre near by and their jaz sound disturbe us. although after a few hour they changed our room , but the first day of our stay was very bad. Also the breakfast was not good .
