We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing and the hotel staff made us feel at home! Customer service- exceptional! A beautiful surprise-we had a chilled bottle of wine ( really tasty) and sweets waiting for us in the room the other day ! The atmosphere in the hotel is inviting and warm! The view from the terrace is breathtaking; amazing and panoramic views over the riverside! Vasco da Gama Tower it is a must-visit place; spectacular view over the city and river! Amazing place and tasty cocktails! Breakfast at the hotel- we loved the pastel de Nata; we have been spoiled with a great Buffet breakfast-all tasty and delicious!

My stay at this hotel was simply flawless from beginning to end. The service is of a level rarely found: extremely attentive, discreet staff, always ready to help with a genuine smile. The room was spacious, luxurious, and impeccably clean, with an extremely comfortable bed, subtle aromas, and details that show care in every corner. The view was a wonderful bonus! The common areas, such as the pool, spa, and restaurant, are of international standard, with sophisticated and perfectly maintained environments. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had: impressive variety, fresh products, and everything served with great elegance. At all times I felt comfortable, safe, and exclusive. It was a memorable experience and, without a doubt, a place I intend to return to. I highly recommend it!

The shower in the room is not good. Rain shower head is not practical for daily use and the handles are to slippery if you got soap on your hands.

+ friendly and helpful staff + nice location + view from window
- room decor is very strange: red shaggy carpet, swing chair, bedroom and bathroom separated with cloth curtain. It's subjective but I really did not like it - first room I was given had a strong unpleasant smell, second one had hair left on the shower floor - shower is a glass box surrounded by carpet. It seems it flooded at some point, as the carpet around is visibly damaged - gives a bad impression
