An extraordinary location on the banks of the Tagus River with an extraordinary view. The SPA area is very nice and is located on the 23rd floor with a superb view. Within 2 minutes of the hotel you’ll find at least 10-12 restaurants with various cuisines (Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc.). The staff is exemplary and the food is very good. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

Check-in staff are exceptional - friendly, helpful, welcoming. Really good. The view from the room is good (we had an end room). The room is just OK - a little tired, weird shape, only curtains for privacy in the bathroom (the frosted glass for the toilet room is useless). Breakfast very good. View from the elevators (not into the hotel, but toward the front entrance of the hotel) isn't good - looks old, rusty, and badly in need of some paint.
Room, particularly the bathroom. Dark red carpet? Silver curtain? Bed was comfy, though. Paying to go up the tower because it's an unaffiliated business, but there were indications it is connected to the hotel (same Wifi, same name on the bar bill). It's worth it - great view.

Loved the view , staff , breakfast. Location and of course the view . Stayed there numerous times and always enjoy it so much . Spa treatments really well executed too.
The rooms probably do need updating and in a few places you can see wear and tear but while we were there you could see the lower floors all being redecorated so look forward to seeing the improvements soon .

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, taking care of our luggage and bringing it up to our room. The hotel was very accommodating with our late checkout, and we were able to extend our stay for an additional half day, which was extremely convenient for our late flight. The location was excellent, with a large shopping complex less than 1 km away and central Lisbon just a short Uber ride away. It was the perfect place to spend our final night before a long-haul flight and a wonderful way to finish our holiday.
The main issue was that the family room we had booked was unavailable due to a problem with the door, so we were given two separate rooms instead. Although the rooms were conveniently located side-by-side, this was a little inconvenient when travelling with children, as we had to move between the rooms throughout our stay.

excellent breakfast, super view and amazing staff. Went for a concert that was very close and I could walk to MEO ARENA. also there are many options nearby to enkoy without going to the center.
