Never had such a good breakfast: the available options were almost limitless ; and everything was so fresh The staff were super friendly and helpful
The separation window between bath tub/ shower and the rest of the bathroom did a poor job of keeping the water in the tub: a lot spilled over unto the floor of the bathroom; even after reporting this, the problem wasn't solved during our stay

I have stayed here several times now. It is a great hotel, great location but I would say that the best about it is definitely the service. The staff really do provide a 5* experience! So in order 1. Staff 2. Pillows (best pillows in the world) 3. Bed 4. Breakfast and the view

Location was great - walking distance to restaurants as well as a shopping mall. Our room was very spacious and it had a hanging egg chair next to the window for relaxation while looking at an amazing view of the River Tejo.
The hotel has an adult vibe and caters mainly for relaxation. The indoor pool is on the small side so if you're staying with kids, it might not be ideal especially since the pool is next to sauna, steam room, and massage rooms.

Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my 50 plus years traveling. They made you feel like royalty.
The only thing I did not care for was the carpet in the room. Everything else was amazing.

Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast spread is quite good. Staff are generally ok but there were mistakes which they corrected it timely.
Location is a little further from the city but generally ok because it is near the waterfront
