What a beautiful hotel! The room layout is unique and maximizes the river view, which was spectacular. From the hanging chair to the bed to even the shower, being able to take in the view was wonderful. The staff were all very wonderful and perfectly attentive. They met me at the uber to bring in my luggage, stored it while I waited for my room (as I was quite early) then brought it up to my room. Similarly easy to store my luggage after check out, as our bus wasn’t leaving until the evening. We also enjoyed chocolate and wine in the evening, and the breakfast was fantastic- one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The fresh fruit was so fresh and good, and good variety to meet every breakfast desire. The restaurant area for breakfast was also so beautiful, with the option for inside or outside dining and all overlooking the river. We stayed just one night as a transition, and wished for more time. I also enjoyed a massage on the first day and the spa was fantastic. Even if you don’t want to add on extra services, the pool/sauna area is relaxing and worth the visit. I enjoyed it so much I got a facial the next day and relaxed at the spa after checking out.
The only small thing was that we enjoy a pretty cold temperature when sleeping and the room, while comfortable generally, didn’t quite get as cool as preferred.

Staff went above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and ensure you had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The best hotel I have ever stayed at in my 50 plus years traveling. They made you feel like royalty.
The only thing I did not care for was the carpet in the room. Everything else was amazing.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. All the people working there are super friendly and helpful this includes Sofia, Chloe and the team at the front desk, Klisman and the team in restaurant and Mauro and the valet parking team. The sauna, pool and Turkish bath are one of the best I have seen.
