view, breakfast, room, staff. area, restaurants nearby, mall. a modern part of the city. the building is also a must see. and the chocolates and truffles they offer in the room with Port is fantastic, could not find it anywhere all over Portugal.
having a bathtub instead of a walk in shower in the middle of the room, with water dripping in the floor - in teh middle of the room - is not the experience that agrees with the rest of the stay.

The room was very clean and spacious, a suite on the 20th floor, with a wide view of the river view. The decor is not really my favourite, but in its style I guess it works. The facilities were perfect, breakfast too, with a similar view on the bottom floor. The attention to detail from the staff, cleaning services were perfect.
We had 2 power outages during our stay, none of which seemed longer than 20 minutes, but it was still unsettling. The SPA was a bit disappointing, the Sauna wasn't correctly sealed, even trying to set the temperature up with pouring water over the stones, the temperature dropped fast after it to 30 degrees. The Turkish Hammam was under maintenance, but the biggest problem was that there was no control over the noise around the pool, and some people just behaved as if they were in an outdoor pool (almost like spring break).

This hotel was amazing. From the beautiful lobby, to the excellent breakfast, to the incredible view, to the even better spa - we loved every second of our stay. We visited during out last night of our honeymoon and they made us feel so welcome and provided two surprises that made our stay really memorable. Loved our time here!
We had an incredible stay and if we had to provide any critical feedback it would just be the trade off on the location. Its very close to the airport but farther from the city center. However, it was a cheap cab ride to the hustle and bustle of Chiado and the other neighborhoods

The view from the 10th floor was mind boggling. The lighting of the hotel is so beautiful to see. Both external lighting and internal lighting. Especially when you see them at night. The location is beautiful in the sense that it is right in front of the river and you can see one of the biggest bridges in Portugal. There are a bunch of restaurants through out the walkway next to the rope car.
Well, the list is big. See below:
1. Severely understaffed.
No easy access to the city. If you rent a car or take a taxi you are good. They have shuttles scheduled in specific times and that never worked for us
2. The rooms are tiny. You can rarely breath in those rooms.
3. The bathroom is small as well and the funny thing is that they don't have any separation to the toilet. When you take shower, make sure to put at least 5 blankets on the floor. That way it will prevent flooding the whole hotel. I see this as a pattern in the Europe, maybe this is how they are setup.
4. The breakfast is below average. No much choice.
5. I will only recommend this hotel if you don't find another good option. There is no value for money you spend as rent there.

The hotel is located right on the Tagus River and our room had a view of the Vasco de Gama bridge in the distance. The hotel is within walking distance of the Oriente station and the Vasco de Gama shopping center. There are two dozen open-air restaurants lining the Alameda dos Oceanos, the main promenade along the river between the hotel and the station. The hotel restaurant opens up onto the water and there is nightly entertainment. Cab service to the airport is readily available on the drive each morning. We took the train in from Porto and needed to be near the airport but did not want a hotel with a “near the airport” feel. This property delivered… and more. A beautiful, contemporary hotel closes to a variety of cuisine options and shopping situated on a tree lined promenade along the river.

Request for a two hour late checkout because my wife had booked a spa treatment was denied.
Expensive drinks at lobby bar.
