We arrived very late at night, the staff were somehow welcoming and helpful. At the start, the staff made a mistake in assigning the rooms, and when they changed the rooms, they did not move the welcome pastry, also made a mistake and assigned a wrong class of room for one of the 2 rooms we reserved! Anyways, they were helpful to correct their mistake :) Breakfast was ok, in a nice setup. Expected more from a 5* hotel, but fine.
The bathroom of both rooms did not have proper space for putting towels, clothes... The amenities were way lower than what expected in a 5* hotel. We were told the bar on the top of the tower is open, when we went there we were told it's closed for renovation! The bar in the lobby floor (river lounge) was extremely slow, with mistakes, and nothing special.

Bad price per quality. For a 5 star hotel the room was pretty thorn up, lack of towels, and the bathtub drain was bad. Bathtub had stains. Wouldn't recommend.

What a wonderful stay we had. We were in Lisbon to watch the FooFighters and chose the Myriad as our hotel for the night. WOW, what an exceptional place this is. ALL the staff are so professional, kind, caring, and incredibly helpful. We learnt about the portuguese wine from the concierge and listened to a singer with a beautiful voice who was accompanied by an equally talented pianist. We were greated with compliment sparkling wine and a lovely glass of cold beer. We decided to eat in their restaurant and I can say for both my husband and myself the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I can not recommend this hotel enough, nor can i thank and praise every member of staff we had the pleasure of meeting. TOP MARKS. TOP STAFF. TOP HOTEL ❤️

No 5 stars treatment. Hotel a little ran down, needs a revamp.
No 5 stars treatment. Hotel a little ran down, needs a revamp. No proper maintenance (phone not working, hand held shower and overhead not working properly, clothing steamer not working), no turn down service, lack of toiletries (no dental kit, etc), lack of towels, uninterested hotel manager as during check out didn’t care to greet or even ask how the stay was.
