Amazing location right in the centre of Lisbon. Even though right above restaurants and bars the room and windows were so soundproof I didn't have an issue with noise at all.
Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast is simple but with quite a good range of options.

The location was absolutely perfect. I liked the fact that our room looked on to very pretty Rossio square which is very centrally situated. The breakfast spread in the lovely diningroom was very good. Loved the enormous and comfortable bed plus having a sitting area. Loved, too, the coffee machine!
The lighting fixtures such as the side and standing lamps.

Great location in central Lisbon on Rossio square. There are transport links a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and it’s not far from the waterfront. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
The room we stayed in was quite small considering the price. Only a few centimetres between the end of the bed and the wall. Not much space to store your bags. I’d also question the quickness of the walls. We could clearly hear the guest in the room next door, even down to the voice of the person he was speaking to on the phone one evening!

The location was outstanding right in the think of all restaurantd and shops with the Xway station just around the corner
The shower floor looked somewhat grotty but otherwise very happy with the suite.

Excellent room in an ideal situation in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable especially the front of house and in particular Raphaella.
She went out of her way to help us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was substantial with plenty of choice
It is difficult to find fault with the room or the facilities and the My Story Rossio offers great value for money, we will return

The hotel took care of every single one of our needs. Our room was very clean. Everything worked. Fresh drinking water, tea and coffee were always available. Breakfast included hot eggs and meats, cold cheeses and sausages, freshly baked pies and breads, fresh fruit, yoghurt and many different deserts, as well as juices, mineral water and specialty coffees and teas. We had some unexpected travel issues due to a sudden general strike. Ines Cruz, the front desk manager and a gifted, exceptional professional, took care of that issue contacting our hotels in other cities. All in all, we are very happy with this hotel.

The hotel is in an amazing, central location right on Rossio Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Despite being in such a busy area, the soundproofing was excellent—we didn't hear any outside noise at night. The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout both of our stays.
The only downside was the choice of materials in the bathroom. The shower walls and floor did not look very good, likely because the material doesn't handle water and high temperatures well over time.
