The servic desk in the lobby was excellent. Very helpful on questions we had for reservations for restaurants, taxis and transportation requests.

Everything at MyStory Hotel Rossio felt thoughtfully designed and logistically “easy” from the moment I arrived. The room was extremely comfortable, convenient, and genuinely lacked nothing.
The staff was consistently helpful, and the service from Ines was nothing short of exceptional—warm, attentive, and professional. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return.

Great location. At the center of the old town of Lisbon. Walking distance to most tourist sites. Very near to Pingo Doce supermarket.
Service staff was very good, especially Front Service Manager Inès, Foào, and Giulia (breakfast service at Cafe Portugal). The housekeeping team also did a good job keeping the room clean and tidy.

Everything. Even the littlest surprises are well thought of. The staff are amazing - each one of them. They acknowledge your presence, greet you with a smile and even take note of your name and room nbr as they see you.
Great location!!!! You can access everything you need at an arm''s reach - attractions, transpo, shops, restos, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacy

Lovely hotel in a central location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, metro stations and tourist sites. We were upgraded to a room with beautiful views of Rossio Square and the castle. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location plus contemporary and fresh. Superb restaurant/breakfast - and a brilliant welcome from reception people. Very good vfm too !
Stayed in Lisbon a few times and this will be my hotel in future.
