Great central location at Rossio Square, just a short walk away from metro stations on the green and blue lines, and close to many restaurants and cafes. Room is clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast is good, though there are breakfast options near to the hotel too.
The layout of the room I was given is not ideal – the door opens up to a vestibule, where the bathroom is, and then a very cramped bedroom further inside. Not the best use of space. There is also no central switch next to the bed that controls the main lighting in the room.

Location was perfect for first time visitors to Lisbon. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, they even gave us a free room upgrade! Rooms were cleaned and tidied daily and the buffet breakfast was great value for money.

The location was perfect. The breakfast was good with very friendly staff. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a little on the small side but very clean and efficient.

The location was superb, right in the heart of the Baixa district and ditectly across Rossio square! Bus station in front of the hotel, plenty of dining options, wine stores & souvenir shops nearby, walking distance to Praca do Comercio. We booked the adjoining rooms on the 2nd floor and the sound-proofing was excellent even for the other room facing the street. The rooms were very clean!
Very minor, the Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker in our room was defective (water was leaking while in use).

It was right in the center of Lisbon; Rossio Square. Despite being the center we never felt unsafe. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious and a full variety. They were able to let us into our room a little earlier than check in which was nice.
The rooms are very small. We had to book a room for us and then another room for our children. They did not even place our rooms next to each other. The shower leaked out even when the shower head was turned toward the wall. We also left our room at 8:00 AM and we would return at 5:00 PM and they would just start cleaning our rooms when we were out all day.

Great location! Right over busy street and cafes but the room cancelled out all the noise and we were on 2nd floor. We could walk to most places easily. Staff very friendly and accommodating from everything to luggage storage to iron request.
