Beautiful room with an amazing view looking over the square and the castle. Excellent location and very helpful staff.
The breakfast was nice but I would have liked more choices.
Also, the shower might require some maintenance in taking care of the black marks at the bottom of the walls.

Unbelievable poor staff, you’ll be lucky to get a hello from anyone apart from the lady at breakfast.

Great location with easy walking access to many sights and great restaurants in Lisbon. The staff was very helpful and the rooms was similar to others I have stayed at in the past.

Location
Tiny room, excellent view. Injured my foot with the bed structure everytime i opened the window. Small bathroom with shower with water flood on the floor every time i used it. Medium level breakfast.. not a lot of choice

Great location, nice room and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.
It would have been nice to be able to control A/C from the room instead of calling the front desk, but they responded promptly so it was no big deal.

Bed was very comfortable. I struggled to find space for my suitcase and bathroom items while getting ready. Would have loved a regular mirror in the bedroom so I could have gotten ready in there too.

The location of the hotel can't be beat: it's right on Rossio square, very close to the metro, tons of restaurants and shopping close by. it's the perfect location for a first-time visit to Lisbon
The hotel was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. That aside, there was a musty smell to my room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable space, very clean, and great for a short stay.

Great location, excellent breakfast, daily room cleaning and towels change, minibar in the room, elevator. The staff was super nice as well.

Fantastic location
Air-con did not work initially (it heated and would not cool). Took a few hours to sort, but then it was all ok.
