Great location, nice room and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.
It would have been nice to be able to control A/C from the room instead of calling the front desk, but they responded promptly so it was no big deal.

Bed was very comfortable. I struggled to find space for my suitcase and bathroom items while getting ready. Would have loved a regular mirror in the bedroom so I could have gotten ready in there too.

The location of the hotel can't be beat: it's right on Rossio square, very close to the metro, tons of restaurants and shopping close by. it's the perfect location for a first-time visit to Lisbon
The hotel was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. That aside, there was a musty smell to my room. Otherwise, it was a comfortable space, very clean, and great for a short stay.

Great location near the train station, the metro, Rossio square and other main attractions. Quiet despite being right in the center of everything. Family connecting rooms for our family of four (kids 12&10yo) was great because kids each had their own bed. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Amazing location, close to the Metro, tram and buses but most of all flat walk to the river. Good staff and very clean.
The attic room was cute but a being an odd shape, there was very little room to move

The location
The breakfast was bland and tasteless—even at a low price, it didn’t feel worth it. I’d happily pay more for something edible. For what they charge per night, the hotel itself feels overpriced and underwhelming. Only one lift, and it’s painfully slow.
On a positive note, the young woman at the front desk gave us a genuinely warm welcome—easily the highlight of the stay. Unfortunately, the man at reception when we checked out had the charm of a coat hook. No greeting, no farewell, and the invoice he promised to email never arrived.
The room provided barely enough drinking water for a toddler—not ideal in summer. The “welcome drink” offer is limited to beer, wine, or soda—even during happy hour. Bathroom amenities were minimal, especially for the price point.
Overall, not good value. A forgettable stay, for all the wrong reasons.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We arrived well before check in time and were lucky enough to be given a room almost immediately. Fabulous location and comfortable room. Amazingly good value breakfast with a huge range of traditional and Portuguese food.

Location and staff were great. Luggage storage after checkout allowed us to continue to explore the city until our flight.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn the light out over the minibar when ready to go to sleep.
