We came off a cruise and decided to stay in Lisbon for 3 nights. I must say we were very happy with both the quality, value and location of the place. The concierges were very friendly and helpful. The location could not be better in the sense that the square that it’s in seems to be the focal point of many tourist activities, restaurants, bars and with shopping opportunities abound. It’s literally right where you’d want to be at least for us who are visiting the city for the first time. It’s also less than a 5 minute walk to all the high end designer shops if you’re into that kind of shopping. The facility seems to be newly renovated. The rooms are clean and of modern design. It’s a ten minute walk to the waterfront. Definitely would stay there again if I revisit.
Lobby is a bit small as is the breakfast room. But not a game changer in my opinion.

The location was excellent! Centrally located, easy to get to and from the main attractions from there. The breakfast was excellent and the service too!
The bathroom floor is extremely slippery and dangerous when wet. Even the slightest bit of water can cause a fall. Otherwise, the bathroom and shower were good.

Fantastic location on Rossio Square with the Rossio metro stop a few steps away. We used the metro to/from the airport, bus station and several places around town which made getting around easy and inexpensive.Rossio is the heart of Lisbon downtown and sandwiched between the neighborhoods in the hills on both sides. The square used to be the Roman race track.
The staff was great and the rooms( we book ended our trip there) were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities you could want.We were greeted both times with pastel de nata in the room...traditional custard pastry of Portugal. The breakfast was wonderful and included traditional Portuguese items as well as American favorites in a lovely space.Our first room faced the square but was very quiet.
We absolutely loved both stays at My Story and hope to visit again.
