Great location plus contemporary and fresh. Superb restaurant/breakfast - and a brilliant welcome from reception people. Very good vfm too !
Stayed in Lisbon a few times and this will be my hotel in future.

This was already our second stay at this hotel – and definitely not the last. The location is unbeatable and perfect for exploring Lisbon in all directions. Many sights, restaurants, and public transport options are within walking distance.
What truly stands out is the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. Especially at the reception, you feel welcome from the very first moment. With personal small talk, helpful recommendations, support with reservations, and thoughtful gestures (such as motivating words before a marathon or small surprises for occasions like International Women’s Day), they truly live hospitality.
The rooms are excellent for a city hotel – perfectly sized, modern, well-equipped, and very clean. The bed is outstanding, allowing for a very restful sleep. Due to the central location, it can be lively outside, but with the windows closed it is absolutely quiet and not disturbing at all.
The breakfast was also very good: varied, fresh, and with regional specialties – a perfect start to the day.
We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back here again.

Location was excellent.
Room was very small. Shower stall leaked all over the floor unless you were very very careful. Could be dangerous if someone slips in that bathroom.

Great location and the staff were extremely helpful. It was my wife’s birthday during the stay and we came back to the room to find a bottle of sparkling wine and a slice of cake. She was really pleased and it was a lovely touch by the hotel and staff.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the hotel.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Rooms are great, nice view and location and super quiet during the nights. Staff whent above and beyond to make it a comfortable stay during the half marathon, with complementary fruit in the fridge and water to make sure I was hydrated.

A great location and the staff could not have been more helpful. Room was lovely, looking into the square but wasn’t noisy.
Only power sockets were behind the bed head. A shame in otherwise pretty decent modern room.

Room and service were both great. Wonderful view from the room. Breakfast met my needs.
Elevator was not in service. However the staff let me use the staff elevator to get up to the 4th floor and I very much appreciate that.

The location is perfect, they upgraded our rooms.
The lobby is small and obscure, and the staff not always was present in the Front.
