המיקום נוח, ממש ליד מסעדות, בתי קפה וכל העיר פרושה לפנייך. החדרים היו יותר ממה שציפיתי. ראשית, הנוף לכיכר רוסיו היה מקסים. שנית, למרות המיקום והרעש בחוץ, החדר היה שקט ונעים. המזגן היה חזק מאד, פינת הקפה והתה חמודה, קיבלנו גם פסטל דה נאטה כמחווה כשהגענו לחדר. השירותים והמקלחת היו נעימים מאד. ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה מאד ונעימה, עם מגוון טוב של פירות, וירקות, שזה לא מובן מאליו. האינטרנט היה חזק במיוחד וראוי לציון. והצוות היה אדיב, נעים ועוזר.
היה מאד חסר במלון לובי לשבת עם חברה, ושקעי החשמל היו במקומות קצת מוזרים. אמנם היו ליד המיטה, אבל כשרציתי להשתמש בקומקום התה או במחשב, הייתי צריכה להזיז את הקומקום ליד המיטה, כי לא היה שקע זמין. וגם ליד השולחן לא היה שקע, שיכול היה לעזור עם המחשב (לעבודה)

Loved the location the room was very quiet and it's close to by far the Sea food restaurant I ever had Restaurant Moderna very friendly staff, I go there every time I visit Lisbon..

Loved the central location. Few minutes walk to Rossio Train Station and to Restaudores where the bus that goes to the airport stops. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. After my flight cancellation, I was able to book a room from the airport and have early check in, which was amazing given how distraught I had been. The young woman gave me an orientation of my room with a great view of Sao Jorge Castle. I had a welcome treat of the famous Portuguese egg tarts (mini sized). They even scheduled an airport transfer for me for 2:30am the following morning. Their windows were definitely sound proof so I could see all the activity outside my window but not hear it at night. Great water pressure in shower as well. Would definitely stay here again.
My room was very clean, but there was some mold in the sealant at the base of the shower. I come from a region where mold unfortunately is a given so it didn't bother me.

Staff was outstanding. Joao and Ines are so friendly and accommodating and very professional in the way they run this hotel. All of the staff were terrific and made my daughter and me feel very welcome. The location was also really great. I loved that it was on Rossio Square and right next door to the Rossio train station for going to Sintra and near so many places we wanted to visit. Even this close to a busy area of town, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was also very good, and I loved that we had daily housekeeping. The A/C was nice and cold and the beds were comfy.
The room needs much more in the way of places to store things. We were in the hotel for a week and it was a constant struggle to stay organized with the space planning of the room, and we are very light packers. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we packed the way most people do. I also didn't like the lighting in the room. It was very garish with lots of glare. Lastly, although the breakfast was pretty good, the coffee was terrible. We found ourselves going out for coffee every day.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. It is in the perfect location, everything is at your reach in walking distance and if you want to explore other parts of the city it's very easy because the metro, bus and trams stations are all nearby. Hotel is perfectly clean, beds are sooo comfortable and we also had an amazing view of the square from our window. Hotel is in the heart of the city, but it's completely quiet, u don't hear any noise from the outside. It is very well equpied, but most of all - hotel staff is simply amazing! I can honestly say we liked them the most, beacuse they are so attentive and polite and helpful, they made our stay wonderful!
