Location of the hotel is great, it is in the center of Baixa de Lisboa. The room was clean and cozy. We had everything we need to feel comfortable.
It is a time to change a hairdryer in the room. It works well, but it is just a bit too old.
The breakfast was poor; there could be more choices and better quality in the products. But you can adapt and find anything you like mostly from the food selection.

Location was perfect, right in the centre.
I was charged full price for cocktails by one of the waiting staff during happy hour, which made me hesitant to have drinks in the hotel again. And the shower took a while to run hot water. Apart from those two things, my stay was fantastic!

Great location, rooms were lovely particularly large family rooms (some doubles varied in size a lot), friendly staff and good breakfast. Perfect for large group in Lisbon

Friendly staff, quick check-in and check/out, central location, effective double-glazing to block out street noise at night, clean room which felt spacious even though located in attic, free espresso machine in room.
The restaurant in the hotel lobby area charged twice what I paid anywhere else in Lisbon for a glass of red wine at end of the evening.

The location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast as well. Very easy to get to from the airport and close to public transport. The room was very nice and clean as well.
The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the small space between the bed and the table. Walking around the room was a bit difficult due to lack of space. But other than that, it was great.

Fabulous hotel in central Lisbon, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are so helpful and friendly and all aspects of customer service, comfort, cleanliness and facilities are exceptional. I will gladly return and highly recommend the hotel.
