Very clean and accessible to because its in the center.
The rooms is dark. Especially the make up room. It's not good for the eyes if there's no clear light when you put make or do some work.

Location was great ! Staff lovely
The streetcars were running all night right by the hotel and often woke me up. The breakfast was too expensive and we went right next door to a sister property for less than half the price.

We had the room at the corner, with windows on two sides and a beautiful view to Praca Da Figueira. Very good breakfast, including Pasteis de Nata, with options for freshly baked pizza. The food at the restaurant is delicious, we very much enjoyed our Christmas dinner there. Very nice staff, good feeling of being welcome, cozy and safe. Close to metro and tram stations. Across the hotel is the Pastelaria Suica, open daily until 22:00, with a large variety of coffee, sandwiches and pastry. Walking distance to Rua Augusta and Praca Do Comercio.
Since we stayed there for 8 nights we noticed that the breakfast was the same each morning, with no variations at all (with one exception - on Christmas morning we had very tasty Bolo Del Rei). It might not be an important issue, but a 4 stars hotel could take into consideration a small variation in their breakfast menu.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located with easy walking access to the castle and to Lisbon's old neighborhoods. It is also an easy seven-minute walk to the Rossio train station. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are professional and friendly. It was my wife's birthday and without our saying anything the staff surprised us with a cake and small bottle of port brought to our room. Breakfast is sumptuous, with a very wide variety of items. We would definitely return.

We liked everything about this hotel, no exaggeration! Surprisingly, It starts from a cozy restaurant/lobby, where we enjoyed oven baked pizzas (even the locals would come to have a bite there). Then the room, which had a modern design, equipped with everything you need, such as coffee machine with the capsules, tea cattle, a small fridge with some drinks in it. The bed was extremely comfy! Daily cleaning service was perform in the rooms. Overall there is nothing negative I can mention. A true gem!

Great experience staying at MY Story Figueira for 2 nights w/ family. We arrived early in the AM after disembarking a cruise ship. The front desk was very helpful in letting us check bags at 7 am and even provided some sightseeing info to help us pass the time until our rooms were ready. Service was prompt, courteous, and english fluent. Really enjoyed the entire stay. In a nice touch, they also offer a complimentary glass of wine upon check-in. The location was perfect for being a first time tourist in Lisbon. 15 min walk to everything with a really nice avenue filled with restaurants close by. Note to travelers: The entrance to hotel looks like you are walking into a restaurant, but there's a small check-in desk on the left. The check-in counter is after the bar counter.

I loved the design of the hotel. It’s super well located so you can reach by foot pretty much everywhere. They have great breakfast and a super nice Italian restaurant in the premises. Staff is very kind. They booked me a lovely tour to Fatima, 100% recommend.
The light inside the room was cold tone, I think you could review the temperature of the lights so they match the one in the bathroom that is super relaxing. I’d love if the hotel lobby was larger. Improve the air extractor because there’s sometimes a strong cheese scent. I’d prefer if the floor was short carpet instead of tiles, it’s more comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at "My Story Hotel Figueira". The staff was very kind, helpful, and warm. Breakfast was very good, and in the evening we had some drinks at the bar. Beautiful breakfast and we loved the location
We didnt like the fact the AC didnt work in room and was very hot. We had to hydrate by using drinks in fridge and probably got charged for them .
