I would not bother with the restaurant. Much better places to dine in Lisbon.

Reception people can be more pleasant for guests.

The location of the hotel. It was on a straight level road from Plaza Commercio (Less than 10 min walk) and thus avoided all the ups and downs of Lisbon. Great when you have senior citizens with you.

The location is fantastic, the hotel upgraded us to a room with a balcony it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We didn’t include the breakfast in the original booking but added it for one day and it was fantastic.
Everything was great, if I was to say a small negative, the restaurant smell from downstairs carries through the hotel lobbies.

Great location, historical center, connected via subway, tram and bus. Overall clean, fun vibe, friendly staff. Espresso machine available in the room, all required bathroom amenities, good mattress. Even though the room was overlooking the plaza, the rooms were very well soundproofed.
Old towels (the big ones), inconsistent room service (for example, they weren't providing all the time the coffee capsules for the espresso machine), very tiny room (if you want something bigger, make sure you don't book the standard one). Although there is quite a large wardrobe in the room, there are no shelves, only hangers. This makes it hard to manage your luggage, especially if you are staying there for more than 2-3 days (we stayed for a week)

Perfect location to explore the city center, delicious breakfast at the beautiful lobby/restaurant area, kind staff, extra shade and sound proof windows.
The room was ok for two nights, but not much space to store stuff, escpecially in the bathroom.
