I really enjoy the location of the hotel specifically it was super central attractions were very close by you had the tram access to be able to go to anywhere outside of the centre. The square was wonderful where there was a market so you could actually eat out in the evenings everything was very close by which is great. The room itself was comfortable. It was quite big and spacious which I really loved and we had a small balcony which was great.
For me, the attentiveness of ensuring that every time the room was clean that amenities were refreshed and put back in the bathroom things like buds shower caps were missing every single day.
I’m not sure whether this can be fixed, but it would be great to have much stronger shower pressure wasn’t that great and I had to put the smaller shower on. Although the room itself was super spacious and the bed was super comfortable I really didn’t like the lighting options in the room just because it was a lot of small Lamp is very dark. It was very hard to do make up in the room. There was a full length mirror and everything was just really dark. The bathroom mirror was good but the lighting positions were so bright that you couldn’t see what make-up you were doing so I found that very frustrating specially for the amount of money that you’re paying.

The hotel was perfectly located and was really nice. You just stepped out onto the the street and away you went. I loved the shutters in the room.
The coffee. The brewed coffee was awful.

It was the perfect location near everything but quiet. We had a gorgeous room on the top floor!
The breakfast was incredible, made to order omelets, pastries, and even pizza.

Our stay at My Story Figueira was fantastic! The hotel is exceptionally well located and we chose to walk to Castle de Sao Jorge, Bairro Alto, Baixa, and all the rest of the sights and downtown locations. The room was very clean and well made every day. The breakfast was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful .. I was able to keep my luggage in the hotel before and after check in .. the room was very nice, spacious , clean and the lighting was lovely .. hotel location is perfect and you can walk almost to every restaurant and tourist attractions, also close to metro, tram and bus station

First stay in Lisbon and this was a perfect base for the trip. The room was clean and well provisioned with a great view of the square. The location was perfect - within walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions making it very convenient to explore the city. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful and special thanks to Alfonso who welcomed me to the hotel and gave fantastic local recommendations

They were not able to accommodate an early check in.
The room was a bit small to fit 4 suitcases for a family of 4 even though they were interconnecting rooms.
