The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, competent. They are definitely dedicated to the guest having the best possible experience. The included breakfast was wonderful, and in the evening, the area converts into a very good sushi restaurant. An excellent choice for a break from the other offerings that surround the area. Well soundproofed at a location in the middle of the action. Hint: book your airport transportation at the hotel, it's reasonable and well worth it.
For Americans, the rooms in most European hotels are small. Live with it, it's part of the experience.

Small, efficient room on the main square near the river. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area, though very tight, had good food.
The AC did not work and the room was 23 C. Windows opened onto the noisy square. The lobby and hallways had an odd smell of buttered popcorn and bleach. The hotel dinner was not very good.

Staff were very friendly, Room was clean, and the hotel is located close to los of transportation options being only steps away from the metro station. There are also tonnes of restaurants just outside of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

It’s close to most of Lisbon’s attractions and tram stations. The room is comfortable and provided all that we need in our stay such as kettle, coffee, slippers and etc. Toiletries used the brand “Rituals” which happened to be the same brand that Iwe are using.
The hotel has its own restaurant and have given us 20% discount being an in-house guest. They served a flavorful Arroz di Marisco which we loved to order and will be missing this kind of food from home.
Nothing except for the bathroom that is leaking which can be fixed quickly.

Location is perfect. The room was small but comfortable enough. Out room was regularly cleaned and towels and beddings changed. The coffee machine in the room was a life saver.
A little bit diversity for breakfast would be nice, since it was the same the whole week of our stay.

Amazing staff, great breakfast, and perfect location!
Our room had a window overlooking the Rua Augusta Arch, absolutely spectacular! Despite the central location, we couldn’t hear any street noise, which was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful, offering great tips for our trip. I highly recommend this hotel.
