The hotel is in the absolute centre of the action. The rooms are extremely quiet, updated and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was a good value and the staff was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming staff ( especially the guy with the curly hair and the mustache). The view from the room of the 5th floor was great and the location was perfect!
The temperature of the shower was changing from hot to cold every 5 seconds and the temperature of the room was very cold ( I couldn’t set my preferred temperature on the AC panel).

The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, competent. They are definitely dedicated to the guest having the best possible experience. The included breakfast was wonderful, and in the evening, the area converts into a very good sushi restaurant. An excellent choice for a break from the other offerings that surround the area. Well soundproofed at a location in the middle of the action. Hint: book your airport transportation at the hotel, it's reasonable and well worth it.
For Americans, the rooms in most European hotels are small. Live with it, it's part of the experience.

Breakfast was poor to be honest. Dishes were not replenished often enough. Breakfast room was inadequate to hold all the guests. Coffee machine was not easy to use
unfortunately there was refurbishment work going on during our stay. As a result our room was upgraded which was lovely however the noise went on until at least 7.30pm and the route to the stairs in case of evacuation was blocked

Small, efficient room on the main square near the river. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast area, though very tight, had good food.
The AC did not work and the room was 23 C. Windows opened onto the noisy square. The lobby and hallways had an odd smell of buttered popcorn and bleach. The hotel dinner was not very good.

It is close to almost all the best restaurants,tourist attractions,very convenient to travel by metro/tram/bus

A great location for exploring Lisbon; quiet and comfortable.
The shower cubicle was very tired and nowhere to put towels when showering. Room a bit tight
