The staff made the experience exceptional, tips on dinner, storage, room ready when we arrived. My partner booked the wrong Moxy for our second night and the staff were more than helpful in helping us spend the second night with you.
More bacon for breakfast, the small wieners did not cut it.

Situation
Carpet smell very bad
I spent bad night and change room the next day.
The staff came to my room at 12.04 pm, the told me to leave immediately my room!!! Its not “classe” et not professional at all

I loved the sheets, really white and clean looking. I love hooks on the walls, helps you keep track of everything. The staff were helpful. Location to the train station.

This property has a very cool vibe and lovely staff. Room was comfy. I spent some time in the common areas after checking out before heading to the airport. It was a great place to relax and grab a drink before heading out.
The breakfast food was ok, but not great. The buffet area felt a bit hectic as it’s quite small.

The property was located in a quiet spot of the city and within walking distance to many restaurants and local attractions.
Everything was pay as you go and not even coffee or water were provided with the room. Everything is a la carte so be prepared for all the extras. The hotel is very geared to 30 and under crowd and decorated as such with loud images and neon everywhere

Great breakfast in a great location. The hotel was clean and inviting but the best part was the satff. They were helpful and friendly particularly Goma and Margarita.
The room could have been a little bigger and should have had a small frig.

The breakfast was outstanding -- completely exceeding my expectations with loads of fresh fruit, beautiful bread, pastries, and even Iberico ham (prosciutto). There are two coffee machines and plenty of milk choices.
The staff was incredibly helpful. We requested a late checkout and they were able to accommodate us with two extra hours and luggage storage. The bathroom and our room was super clean and there were plenty of towels. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool for sleeping. We discovered how lucky we were when our next accommodation in Portugal did not have very good A/C.
The common spaces are very compact which made it feel crowded, especially at breakfast. It was only a small issue compared to everything else that was amazing.

Very nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. On the check-in you get a welcome drink voucher, which is very nice. Hotel has a nice pool on the top with a view. Also, there is an area where you can sit down at any time , warm up a meal in the microwave. There are utensils, napkins and so on. It was super helpful for us , because we arrived late and dint have an energy to go out for dinner. We picked up something at the airport and then had it for dinner at the hotel. The breakfast in the morning is really good with everything you want for breakfast or your kids want for breakfast
Overall we had a great stay
The pavement at the entrance of the hotel should be fixed please. It is hard to get through if you have luggage
