Unique privacy , great staff ,fast to respond and helpful and politr laidback in the good way ,no stress if u order a coffe to pay right away etc like most any other room service if you do not charge to room nice ,and very central dont be fooled by beeing across the river from Lisboa , a 25 min car ride and u r in the very center also just a 2 min walk to buses both direct and local
nothing ive spent a good 4 months tis year in all from 5 star to hole in the wall , and this is by far the best

Convenient for Lisbon by Car, you need a car as it outside the city. No problem entering or leaving, but take care. This is a low cost B & B, outside the city. No reception but staff is on site. AC was working. We used this hotel when in Lisbon. Convenient to McDonalds and Lidl Supermarket.
Nothing to dislike about this Hotel - it work for us. But there no coffee or tea in the room.

Private suit was very clean, organized, air-conditioned and beautiful design inside.
Not easy checking in, bad communication on the speaker phone outside, rude staff.

The property is well located and very nice place to stay.
The staff member on the evening was unfriendly, unprofessional, arrogant, aggressive and rude. I was very disappointed and decided to go spend my final night somewhere else, specially as I stayed at the same place on the 22 Jan-23 Jan and had an amazing experience with the staff member on the day. His excellent service was enough to bring me back on the 30 Jan- 31 Jan.

The room is missing a lot of essential. Also, the experience was weired. The pillows were not comfortable
