Wonderful
We had a great stay: the room had a nice view and a little balcony, was comfortable, and stylish. In the evening, when it got cold, we could warm up the room with the air conditioner. The breakfast was gorgeous. The hotel is located on a hill in the historical district, and there are many restaurants nearby. Public transport can be reached by approx. 10 min walk. The staff was very kind, helpful, and open to help with special requests. We appreciated the slippers in the bathroom, the water, and the leftover cakes placed in the lounge for the guests, and that we could also have tea and cakes for free in the breakfast room in the afternoon.
Nothing important, some hooks would be useful around the door for coats and bags, and the shower head was hard to fix in the right position since its holder was too loose.

Great location, fab view from the bar/breakfast room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely and served from 7-11am which suited us, it was continually replenished and lots to choose from. The room was cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
Not that it was a problem to us but if you have mobility issues it may be difficult for you to access this hotel, it is high up and taxis are not permitted into the area.

Breakfast was in the most beautiful setting, with a view of all of Lisbon, room size to be expected for city centre in Europe, incredibly high ceilings. All food was from their own farm too. We loved it

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing hotel and outstanding service from start to finish! We absolutely loved the service — everywhere: at the reception, in the restaurant, and on the terrace. The staff are incredibly pleasant, friendly, and attentive, always willing to help, make compromises, and go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. During our stay, I was celebrating my birthday, and it was especially touching how the team noticed this, congratulated me, and made the experience even more special. We also received a room upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. You truly feel genuine care and attention from the staff. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well thought out. The location of the hotel is perfect. Overall, everything was excellent — from the moment we arrived until the day we left. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel and friendly, helpful staff. The view was amazing from the rooftop and the breakfast was fab. Great location for accessing the different areas of Lisbon. Would definitely recommend and would come back and stay myself !
