Great sea view. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and served across the street with a voucher. It was a very nice continental breakfast. Staff was very pleasant. The town is a beach town and very accommodating to a holiday vacation.

The view from the roof terrace.
The experience was horrible. Noisy room with a broken window so we could hear EVERYTHING on the street below us because it was as if the window was wide open. Staff were unwilling to help with requests to come fix the window, and said “I don’t think so” when we asked for additional pillows. The bathroom drains were smelly, the pillows were flat and hard, the bed was hard as a rock, and the floor was sticky. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The view from the breakfast terrace is great, breakfast is also varied and nice staff. Is in a great location to a great restaurant up the hill. The room was clean and comfortable. We like the tea kettle to heat up water.
The hotel is a bit of a maze, it’s easy to get lost. Basic amenities.

The breakfast was nice with fresh products, the staff was friendly and helpful. the location is great, close to amenities and public transports. And the view from the terrace is amazing. Lisbon is magic.
The room could be a little bigger compared to some hotels in the price range. The rooms are not very soundproof. Also, during the weekend, the streets become super noisy with all the party around. Sleeping with the windows open is not an option…

Location is great, stuff is helpful and nice, the breakfast is quite good: even slightly, but they try to change the menu every day, they usually have a good selection of meals.
We were placed close to the elevator, which is quite silent, however you feel like you are sleeping close to a fridge. Nevertheless, the guests are much less silent, especially at 4am when they are leaving to continue their journey.
The bathroom was OK, we had an issue with soap dispenser, which was resolved quickly. The toilet and shower cabin is good for older and impaired people: this was not very convenient in the very beginning, the toilet paper dispenser was quite far from the toilet seat itself, for example. But later, after I burnt my feet these supports were actually useful haha.
The shower was a bit clogged from time to time, we had to clean it manually.
We also experienced strange smell, I think it was getting stronger when AC was functioning. Like mold or something.

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon, and the highlight was undoubtedly the incredibly solicitous staff—always ready to help and make us feel at home. Special thanks to Pedro, Pamela, Felipe, and both Claudias for their warmth and attentiveness!
The location is fantastic, with picturesque spots like the iconic Line 28 cable car, beautiful miradouros, great restaurants, and Praça Camões all within a 5-minute walk. Just a heads-up: the hotel isn't directly accessible by Uber, but it's a short and easy walk from drop-off points.
We traveled with our 3-year-old, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was well cared for. We truly felt welcomed and would absolutely stay here again.
During the weekend, the surroundings felt a bit shady at night, but we noticed that the area is quickly and consistently patrolled by police, which helped us feel safe.
